I know this is "apocalypse" build but I hope it's done nice enough that he can enjoy it whenever
ChrisScales17 why
I was thinking the same thing, the more they work on this car the nicer it will be, I could see them abandoning the apocalypse theme.
Exactly my thoughts too. It's coming together so well, it deserves a better finish. Not my car though.
@@joshpierzina7648 I'm all for an agressive looking build. I just hope the idea of a rushed, beaten car isn't what they mean by apocalypse
@@rupersters what do you mean "why" I literally said why
We want it rust free and painted! I would abandon the apocalypse thing from this build. Make the Mustang Great Again!
Agreed
Build your own
I feel like you should drop Apocalypse from this build and make a a clean build. This car looks so good already.
You guys started to build an apocalypse car, but because of your natural expertise I think you have actually created the perfect daily driver for Oscar! He really deserves it too! - stay blessed guys.
Glad to see you guys are still so committed to another mustang after the last one, can't be easy
Whatever gets the $$$
It is easy since its a really awesome car. They only cant do the specific movie car and its name branding. All 67-69-s are awesome though.
It’s also a big FU to the troll from the last project
@motor express The demon-bitch that claims to be human, Denise Halicki, once more defiled HB Halicki's memory and viciously went after someone who was doing honest work in making an awesome car that was _too close to the movie car in appearance. Thus, because Chris mentioned the name Eleanor, that gave Denise, the bitch, the legal leeway to splurge her stolen money in order to claim Chris' mustang and somehow it was all legal._ Sadly these types of inhuman beings exist in our world and we can't do anything about it short of a purge of that type of societal cancer.
If you can't tell, I'm still pissed to a planetary level with Denise not-a-Halicki for all her debauchery over her diseased and cursed unlife.
This car deserves to be a proper build. It could be super cool. It’s like a wide body chassis or something.
Im still genuinely pissed at gone in 60 seconds
You aren't alone
@Babylon falling It's not really Gone in 60 Seconds that we all think of, it's the widow of the guy who made the original movie in 1974. She has a trademark on that car and it's name. She's sue happy with anyone that does anything relating to that car if she doesn't make a buck. The craziest part is the one from the '74 movie was a later body style and doesn't even look like the one they were making.
I have a 73 mustang like the original movie in 1974. Which is avalible on youtube in full. It just pissed me off that all that work was put to waste.
@Babylon falling basically, Denice Halicki is a tw@t. She holds the copyright to the name and likeness of the Eleanor cars from the original and remake of Gone in 60 Seconds.
She successfully sued Carroll Shelby (who originally MADE AND DESIGNED the GT500 and who, with the help of Chip Foose, designed the movie car for the remake.
THE ONLY REAL REASON THE CAR WAS CONFISCATED WAS BECAUSE THEY SAID THE NAME "ELEANOR".
I still think they could go to court and argue that the build was nowhere near infringing upon copyright since they were building onto a newer Mustang chassis with several key changes from the original remake car design.
End of story: Denice Halicki can copyright deez nutz.
@@akamrcam I didnt know she sued Carrol Shelby too. I swear to all thats holy, I will never watch anything to do with that movie.
as ChrisScales said we know this is an "apocalypse" build but as a 1966 Mustang owner I hope that you keep it clean so it can be enjoyed
Hoping that the "apocalypse" part of the build never happens
I was so mad about the last Mustang. In your position I would have felt defeated. Instead you said f it, and showed "them" that you can't be defeated, and you just crank out another one. I am truly inspired.
Yeah, this is quickly evolving from an "apocalypse' car to a classic mustang body swap. project I'm fine with it, I would paint it and make it nice but no way it's an 'apocalypse' car anymore.
Totally agree.
@Babylon falling ^ this. Carburetors for the win!
@Babylon falling still need a new distributor to work. Always keep a spare in an emp proof box
@@brandoncaldwell95 If you use a magneto an EMP probably won't hurt it
I thought they were gonna swap it and then personalize them to the theme in their free time? Thought I heard it in an earlier video, but maybe things changed?
Get rid of the apocalypse theme and actually build this thing. It's coming along way too good to be wasted as an apocalypse build. Plus you can see it on Oscar's face that he wants to keep this car.
90% of me just wants to see a clean build 10% of me wants to see the apocalypse side of it. I hope it just stays nice I guess.
Can't wait to see how they solve the front wheel offset to stop it from tearing off the fender.
I think they've already say something like they'll cut the fenders...
Gonna be some serious wheel thrashing if they don't cut the fenders. I would guess fender flares even though it doesn't really fit the apocalypse theme... maybe they fab them themselves to fit the theme? Who knows.. I'm with you, I can't wait to see how they solve that.
Well it’s gonna be on like 16s
You guys need to make a t-shirt that just says "Oscar did a great job"
this has been a request for a while, im surprised they havent done it yet
We have a drinking game with this thing.
Every time Chris says "Oscar did a great job" we take a shot.
Greeting's from Nicosia btw. Hope to see u soon!
I think that's already live on the merch store
You are one of three man's with a Project like this. You began as third and finished first. Great Job and nice Mustang.
This is the best answer for what happend. Great job guys. Thanks for the great spirit.
💯 AGREE
Dude, you guys are just rocking this build out so quick! Love it, and excited to see the end result. Oscar, ADD BOOST!
It sucks to lose the first one but this one is REALLY coming together. I love the classic look more than the car that shall not be named. I think maybe ya'll should skip the apocalypse look and make it look clean but that's just me. Love hearing and seeing Oscar excited because he's such a huge part of this channel. Great job guys, love the vids.
I am sorry but I have to say.. I am really enjoying this build. The authentic mustang parts fit so well and its such a cool experience to see everything come together. Thank you!
“Well that one’s gone forever” ☹️☹️☹️

I shed a tear
@@Idk-xd6og the other mustang build he was working on
I hate the effing mouse.
You guys are absolutely knocking this build out of the park. Almost like you have done it before. The pace is just ludicrous. Cheers!
This would look amazing with dual side exit exhausts
And the old school Le-mans style fender flares.
y e s
Make it look like Elinor.... oh, wait. Um, yea maybe not!! 😜😂
Or just individual exhaust pipes out the hood mad Max style
No
Thanks for figuring out a way to complete the process of stuffing a modern misting inside a classic body. I was sad not to see the other one being finished, but having this project underway is ticking all the right boxes. Thanks B is for build Team!
Everytime Chris say "on the other Mustang" my gut hurts.
Snort a line whenever you hear him say "we built this.." lol dudes the Flavor Flav of car building
I'm personally not a Mustang fan, but this is one of the coolest ideas I've ever seen for a car.
I love these mustang swaps. Love the idea of classic muscle and a modern chassis.
It's really a blessing that you get to do a second body swap. Seems like now that you had a "practice car," everything is going together better and much more smoothly on this one! I hope Oscar enjoys it. What great work!
You guys have always been goals to me and have helped inspire me to start my own sema build and my own channel! Thanks for the awesome content and hope to see you guys there! 🤘
Awesome build guys !
the Mustang "Eleanot" is back 😂. its nice and Good to see you again 😁👍🏻. Nice One Chris 👌🏻😁🔥
What makes your channel great is the next door neighbor feel it has....working in the driveway with your buddies...love it !!!
Please just drop the whole "apocalypse" theme and just build 3 cool cars. Build the mustang proper as a giant F.U. to the people who took other one.
YES, do this for fk’s sake
They won’t care while they’re in their Malibu mansion.
@@renko9067 what? They cared enough from Malibu to go after him and take his car, so you have to know this would totally piss them off knowing they can't do anything about it as long as Chris doesn't use the "E" word in any of the videos.
Hell yeas they should
...and name it “GoToHellenore”.
I honestly like this version of the mustang better then the last one. I appreciate you taking another shot at it.
damn, this looks really familiar, man where have I seen this.
I'm not the only one who was thinking this as well then?
Is this the one he was trying to make into ellanor
@@sethhuber25 That is the name that shall not be spoken. Stupid trademark trolls.

The "5. O is for Oscar" really comes together! Super excited for all the projects
shout out Chris from the Caribbean love what your doing
Caribbean is where it's at my dude
🇵🇷
Your in Oregon. That means everything you need for your build your going to have to order! I lived there before. No resources at all. The build looks great. What a massive job!
Grande Oscar! The "Oscarnor" is coming together!!! :-)
That’s Definitely what they should call it @Daniele Pelizzon 🤣🤣. It would be a cool name.
😎 Thee “Oscarnor”!! 😎
after watching so many builds, I've finally come to realize my favourite "B is for Build" build is... whichever one that's currently being worked on. I' m loving this build. it's crank'n out fast. You're getting value from the 'last mustang project' by applying the experience to this one. It just makes me happy! Also love it's Oscar's car. keep build'n boys!
Haha i just thought about how much the tüv in Germany would laugh about me when I would build something like this 😥🤣🤣😂
They wouldn't laugh, us Germans don't have humor. And then you would get arrested for gefährlicher Eingriff in den Straßenverkehr, Fahren ohne Betriebserlaubnis, Befahren der Umweltzone ohne Feinstaubplakette, Lärmbelästigung and Luftverschmutzung.
Drop it on a BMW frame and they will be like "Ooo thats so niice!"
@@trunksbriefs8434 ROFL
Most countries are a lot tougher on this stuff than the states. In the states it seems like as long as you have lights and indicators it's good to go
@@trunksbriefs8434 ???
Name it "screwed in one mintue"
Hate to see that happen but very glad you all were able to jump back into it.
Here before all "DoN't CaLL iT ELeAnOr" comments
It’s annoying
We get it, something really bad happened, don’t need to repeat to not make the same mistake
It’s not even the name that got the car taken. The likelyness of the car is what’s trademarked. Adding the name to said likelyness just made it worse, and brought more attention.
You are smashing through this build. I'm loving it. Filling that body swapped mustang hole in my heart.
I actually like it with the 2016 wheels
Me too, but will it turn with those wheels?
By the looks of it I like this better than the OTHER one. Good job!
New drinking game:
Take a drink each time Chris says “here” or “there”.
Then you'll be dead from drinking
M already drubk
You’d die of alcohol poisoning. Not even ColdOnes could handle that much grog.
Try whenever he says "out"
Yoooo I tried and I'm f*ck as drunk...
Wait, the other way
Drunk f*ck as
No, wait...
F*ck
You guys have built some awesome cars over the years but this one is the first I would love to own. Oscar is a lucky man and he is very deserving of this mustang
Loving the consistent uploads! 💯💯
Agree
Oscar should start a business doing these conversions. He is making this one look easy.
I have a ton of 1967 mustang parts if you need any I can sell them to you for a decent price
Loving this build, and loving you’re not bombarding us with all the builds at once. Really looking forward to seeing the others, at the right time
I miss the movie car that you guy's were building
Wow looks awesome ! Amazing how quickly it’s come together. Would look cool rat look on the outside and be all modern and clean in the inside
That looks distinctively like the ele*or
DONT SAY THAT
Mate do you want them to get smoked by those assholes again?
WE DONT SAY THAT WORD!
being my 1 st time on here watching this today..... really can't wait till u all film a lot more video's of this build............. so u all keeping track of how much in rough time & $$$ that u all have into this build / project here as u all go ........... love to know & see what u all have into it all in the last showing of it money & time wise roughly as possible............
lookin good, id definitely buy it off Oscar's hands as is (P.S anyone know the montage music being used? )

You guys are awesome at what you do. Love the builds, love the channel. I am really glad that you jumped right into another badass project.
When’s the next single seater race car video?
Want that back looked ace
He said on his Instagram there will be an episode on his single seater next week
A while back he said they're working on all 3 apocalypse cars simultaneously, but they're gonna show the Mustang going almost to completion first, then the same with the next car, then the third car, and lastly do a final unveiling of all 3.
You mean the L.N.R. Long Neck Racer?😅
Wow that is coming out sick. Y'all really knocked it out of the ballpark this time. I love that coupe body.
Never thought I'd say this but...
Your time-lapse sections are now getting too fast to understand what's being done!
Well you can run it down to 1/4 speed but the music sounds pretty weird.
The speed you guys are building this car shows no one can take your knowledge away. The second build is always faster.
Dude you guys have gotten so good and literally just playin with cars u, i have full faith u guys could take like 5 cars from 5 different manufacturers and turn it into 1 sick ass car
Omaze is giving an Eleanor clone away! The support in the comments everywhere I've seen it posted for B for build makes my heart Happy! Bought a couple shirts today to help support you guys! Love this channel
Chris when you're doing the exhaust for the rear o2 sensors, make sure that they are NOT completely horizontal to the ground. Its a common problem in 15+ mustangs with aftermarket exhaust that the rear o2's are killed by condensation if they are horizontal. If they are angled down slightly 45 deg to the ground you'll save yourself a world of future troubleshooting and problems.
FYI that's a 68 front end.... fenders etc... in 68 the side fender "mustang" emblem was cursive and they added the side turn markers. Other front differences not necessarily shown in this video were the 67 grill running pony was much thicker than the 68. The back end is definitely 67 as they the side swoops had the serrated side scoop and the 68 had a slim chrome strip instead of the serrations. Still a super cool build!!! Glad we were able to see you do this body swap finally.
This is a really smart build and i was amazed how close the dimensions are between the 2 cars 👍👍
Shout out from Portland. Nice to see a local on youtube. Love all your videos!
You got a raw deal on the last mustang build...this one is coming along nicely ...
Best channel on UA-cam. You guys are the reason I keep coming back. Awesome work. Oscar is a welding wizard.
For sure! Dude is super talented
As much as I would like to see this become a clean build myself, the comments section needs to let these guys do their thing. Their first Mustang swap was supposed to be a clean build and it was stolen from them. Let the guys do what they want.
This time the build is way more quiker and easier, love your work!
so happy you guys are doing another mustang build was absolutely devastated with what happend with the last one big fan from the UK
Loving this Mustang build more. I hope they keep the outside the old Mustang patina panels. Great job Oscar!
Put some gate latches on those doors! Too nice for the apocalypse! Lol
This is best build ever. I love this . You should start a business to convert GT.
You do all this work in 3 weeks. B is for Build is the best.
You two doing a really amazing job with this "apocalypse" build!
I was disappointed before but now I'm really enjoy the progress with this mustang
I'm glad you guys are building another one. It looks awesome!
Takes a lot of heartache to push through doing all this over again. You guys are flying though, looking forward to watching
Glad you "resurrected" this build and kept going :)
As I owned and drove 66. 67, 73 and 76 Mustangs I can definitively answer that yes they did have hood latches in the front. The latch arm pushed to the side to unlatch. But they were notorious for unlatching at hi speeds; which is which is why so many people installed hood pins in the front. My older brother had the hood of his 67 unlatch on the freeway at about 75 mph and destroy the hood hinges around 1971. His 390 4 Sp was making around 500 HP at the time with decked and ported 428 heads, 3/4 race cam, duel plane Edelbrock intake, Holley 4 Brl 780 Double Pumper Carb, Hooker headers, ACCEL duel point Distrib and Hi Energy Coil and fiberglass flex fan.
Oscar deserves the best Mustang, I hope he gets to really enjoy it after it’s done.
This build is turning out better than the last one
Do more episodes on this car! Do a fit and finish body mounting, a body work episode, a paint and interior video and do a video about adding 2015 amenities to the body!
That's downright incredible how you can get an S550 Coyote into a classic mustang. I cannot wait to see further developments to this beauty!
Very good. There are two things that I can't stop thinking about though, the first is that it seems the front wheel is almost touching that fender and the second is that dark box on the left that is kind of buried and I keep wondering what if someone needs to access it to give it maintenance for some reason...
Love that Oscar is more vocal now than ever... but still wish i knew more. How ya'll met, his history. He seems just as much of B as for Build as you Chris. been watching since the first BRZ and loving the newest stuff more than ever.
So glad you're doing this one again. Was afraid this was going to be a rush job, but seems like it's more a rat rod which is awesome!
you know side pipes would cover the taller spacing under the doors. awesome work guys.
I'm low key still hoping they do a fast back conversion on the Mustang. Either way, it's coming along nicely.
What if they used the rear window & frame from the 2015 to create a fastback. Chris said he'd figure out a use for it.. Seems like the perfect use for it.
I enjoy watching the awesome speedy process of your rebuilding totally kool cars!! Makes watching fun!! Thanks!
It is looking amazing and has come together so quickly this time ! I absolutely love the classic Mustangs in Racing Green ! Can't wait to see what colour you choose !!
Thank God, something good to watch instead of the news.
I do hope you are going to remount the battery to the trunk. Looks like you pretty much have it boxed in where it is.
Love the slower style builds. Haven’t been back in a long time, too long. I subscribed when you were your backyard doing widebody kits on your brzs and procrastinating on the mustang in the back. Lol after the 240 build, I stopped getting notifications, I think it was due to your not so frequent uploads. These slower piece by piece videos are what I love to see! Still love the channel man. Wish I was you, keep doing what your doing. I also knew nothing about cars when you started and have since become a master tech for subaru and worked for Chrysler for a few years before. Learned a ton since you started as well. Cool to see man.
great job, she is coming along. Chris seems the #3 is the charm for your dream to come true.
Ever since the *Eleanor* Tribute build got seized and possibly crushed, I’ve refused to go near anything GI60S related.
BTW really great Apocalypse Mustang build! 😆👍💯
Watched this episode twice because it's so awesome!
Man I am begging you to make this vehicle nice. It has so much potential
Well done guys , build 2.0 is coming together nicely
