Finally! Three most satisfying hours I've spent on UA-cam. And, it is so nice to see Chris so happy after finishing the build of his life. Yes, there is Jumpacan and other cars, but this Mustang is/has always been his "baby". Cheers!
Great work Chris. A real tribute to Carol Shelby and the foundation and just awesome to have it in one episode. Hopefully next year you’ll release the Murci build as one episode as well. Keep up the awesome builds.
I watched the original build and it was so awesome and watching them do this again I love it love it love it love it. I wish they would’ve got the other one back at least known what they did with it.
Brunt, boots got a set £150 a they are comfy after 3 months but the back of boots rub the back your leg and they started leaking round front top stitching, that's with daubing put on constantly, but had to put the 2 insoles in boots to make them feel comfy, so beware, they feel massive 😊
Since I print car parts and body panels as well, there’s a challenge you may have - the more days that pass, the greater the chance for a fatal error. Make sure you have a power bank that can sustain the machine, as even a brief power fluctuation during these 9 days is quite likely
@@theshop2545 agreed, bought my first welder last year, teaching myself basics, I always tell people you’ll learn one of 2 things from a project, you can do it, or you might need help doing it, either are acceptable. Plus who doesn’t love having to buy a new tool?
@Camperfanatic01 I actually started a restoration on a 65 hardtop Mustang in March, my first time ever dealing with rotten floors and body panels in a car. Bough myself a welder and went to it. Actually my first full restoration, I've tinkered and modified cars for quite a while now, but a full restoration? First one. In the end is get to it, do it, and you'll get better
Ford Lincoln Mercury. Don't you remember the signs back in the day? I believe if I'm not mistaken Ford literally own Lincoln and Mercury, so the parts will match up back then
The first fiberglass chemical you had it sound like you just didn't put enough Harner in there I messed with that a lot and if you put too little it takes longer to dry and if you put too much it dries up too fast and hardens
WOWZA! Absolutely stunning! I've dreamt of having a new old 69 Camaro for many many moons! Perhaps that could be your next build! wink, wink, nudge, nudge! 😉
Not enough catalyst used in the resin caused the issue I’d say plus the vacuum bagging was totally unnecessary step causing surface layers to be too dry / not enough resin.
are these custom body panels for the 2019 mustang? or restoration panels for the 67 fast back? how did you line up the width and wheel base if the cars are different dimensions?
My girlfriend had her Charger wrapped last summer, and it developed 3 small bubbles on the back wing on the top. It looks like if a car had a spot of rust, and it's bubbled. Do you guys run into this after it's wrapped? BTW, I've watched your whole video just now, and wow, that looked like a lot of hours put into it👊👍
Power on your radio so I'm not gonna be the problem If you start having problems turning on your car it seems like something's drained in the battery you need to remove that radio that radio is gonna mess up your car I had to learn the hard way when I put my Tesla radio in the vehicle I will never do that again I think it's gotta do with the wiring they put in that radio is that radio mostly have some kind of problems that's why I put Tesla radio in cause the original radio wasn't actually doing everything it should That was not cause of the radio that was zaxby cause the wiring in the back

Hi from the South east of England UK 👍😎City of Southend on Sea
I wish more youtube builds were long format like this. Being able to just sit and binge an entire car build is so cool
I am in total agreement with that!
Yay Oscar. Great seeing you buddy.

Watch all your videos and watch them again to keep up the support! 👌

Fuck I’d love to buy one of those absolutely loved the modern technology and everything with the old-school body. Love it.
This took all day to watch = but I arready watched the build
Question, when you are done with the swap what does it get titled as? Thats one part nobody talks about.
Fug Eleanor, I love a 67 Ford Mustang
Can I call you the godfather of muscle cars?🤗
love the long format/content =)
Can you stick the old
Mustang build videos back up, now that they've lost the copyright claim?
Sorry but its against the advice of my lawyer. But i do believe these videos are more in-depth and better at showing how it should be done.
@@behindthebuild8749 no worries dude!
It is really a great project.
Exhaust out the side would've been badass

72 Chevy nova and a new Camaro are basically the same wheelbase too ;)
Wow, great video!
Why is this on Behind the Build instead of the main channel?

Great build! But man, you gotta at least know who owned what car brands 😅
How did u not know Mercury was by ford? It was created by Ford to be a luxury ford brand
Did you get the car back?
Hey you should always use VINEGAR to clean a surface you’re going to paint it works the best!
"2023 SEMA Build" video posted one day ago?!?
Next time just cover all the other cars with tarps when painting .. problem solved
B was for Oscar. Gonna Miss Ya ! Chelsea?? Not so much.
FYI The Elenor copyrights have been lost so Chris can now post the videos.... He won't say this legally though!!

IT'S AMAZING WHAT YOU CAN DO WHEN YOU GET A BUNCH OF MEXICANS TOGETHER.. LOL
Second comment keep up good work Chris. Hope my channel can grow and I can be a success like you mate
see I’m right it is a gt 5.0
Is nobody going to acknowledge the fact that he called this a premium GT when it’s a base GT?
No cause it doesn’t matter, what once was a base GT is no longer either or
finally its look like a fake mustang we seen the modification man its a bad project
it’s not a gt it’s a 50
It’s still a GT 😂 , what does ford sell them as ? MUSTANG GTS only 5.0 advertised is the side fenders
