I went through some trauma about 3 years back and it really messed me up in a lot of ways, one being I couldn’t be alone with my own thoughts, so I always had some show or video playing to help distract me. I was dealing with so much, and it just meant the world that for a little bit, I could be distracted and have some good vibes sent my way. When everything went down, I was hospitalized due to self harm & thoughts of, you know. It’s been a long three years, but in that time, I’ve made, what I feel, is incredible progress. My life is good, I found love, & I’m striving for happiness. You & the community played a big role in my recovery.
