Prosecution gets wind of the lawyer, and quickyl have her sign a plea deal with €50 restitution in damages meaning I cannot sue and no further action taken against her, and then hit me with what is called an order of silence, like an NDA. This way the cops, prosecution and school cannot be talked about. By me. Net result: Bitch was all "Oh I avoided my stalker and Rupleing" and made sure she talked loudly. She could. I say 1 thing I get arrested for violating a court order. Shark lawyer fought it but the way certain laws are written means thye are pretty much listen and believe. He finally did get the NDA off of me but by that time the whole town had heard her version a million times so I was an outcast putting it mildly. And of course now that the school knows thye can be talked about screweing up, I got expelled in a heartbeat, after passing final exams and 7 days from receiving that paper, which an expelled person cannot get. They would knowingly expel the innocent person and go way above and beyond that.

I'm a victim of CSA too, so I thought i'd share a few things. To me, Billy sounds genuine. He went through the steps that me and other survivors went to. i'll just throw in my experience, i'd always heard this story and thought billy was completely blind but it sounds like he's (legally blind), which i am too. if he was in the dark, other than for having gravity, there is no sense of direction. if he only saw figures in light, he was maybe seeing the fuzz of the moonlight bouncing off things at night. i don't struggle with my weight as much, so i can't imagine being that powerless, but i could definitely believe someone 90-100 pounds who is legally blind getting disoriented and paralyzed. there's no way he even saw what was happening, just feeling that it was. but... again. idk. if cyrax spoke in the middle of it all, that suggests he pulled away, giving billy the opportunity to move at least... ? i don't know on that. i just can definitely believe him being surprised by cyrax edit: thought the end over again and i can understand how the shock froze him completely, it's just... what side do you choose on this corner of the internet

I'm a victim of CSA too, so I thought i'd share a few things.
To me, Billy sounds genuine. He went through the steps that me and other survivors went to. Being shocked, trying to get through the day until you break down. Kids, and especially men, don't know how to handle that kinda thing and bottle it up until they can't take it anymore. Men especially as they tend to be tought to, y'know, be men, making it even harder for him to proccess it. I believe Billy, and I feel horrible for him. Billy's story makes sense as well, especially compared to Raxx, who can't keep it straight. A school wouldn't kick out the victim. When I was younger a few boys tried to assault me in a bathroom, and all of them were expelled and I stayed. Raxx is a coward.

i'll just throw in my experience, i'd always heard this story and thought billy was completely blind but it sounds like he's (legally blind), which i am too. if he was in the dark, other than for having gravity, there is no sense of direction. if he only saw figures in light, he was maybe seeing the fuzz of the moonlight bouncing off things at night. i don't struggle with my weight as much, so i can't imagine being that powerless, but i could definitely believe someone 90-100 pounds who is legally blind getting disoriented and paralyzed. there's no way he even saw what was happening, just feeling that it was. but... again. idk. if cyrax spoke in the middle of it all, that suggests he pulled away, giving billy the opportunity to move at least... ? i don't know on that. i just can definitely believe him being surprised by cyrax

I met Chance in my freshman year of high school. Had what was basically an IEP class with him and at the time he seemed like an okay person that was just bullied for his appearance. Little did I know, huh... he disappeared from my school too but I think it was because he'd been arrested for trying to strangle his grandmother. The school tried to pass it off like he just moved schools again or maybe he just turned 21 and couldn't attend anymore. Blew my muhfuggin mind when I saw hour long youtube documentaries with a familiar face and hear the name chance wilkins. Immediately clicked and knew I knew the guy.

I remember watching another video where Cyraxx talks about his SA and his story just made no sense. From the elbow/punch to him getting moved to another school even though he was victimized.
