Repeat after me: it is safe for me to feel anger. It is safe for me to feel and process pain. Today we will use these affirmations to help us move emotion through our body in a healthy way. We’ll begin in child’s pose. I love to use my time on the mat to process what’s going on in my daily life, alchemize it, and transform it into something new. We’ll next move into some powerful cat cows that move a little fast than you might be used to, so we can pump energy through the spine, releasing anything that doesn’t serve. As we continue moving through powerful poses like bear claws and sundials, always keep in mind that in order to process and release emotions, we must feel safe. You are always welcome to return to child’s pose if that helps you!

I have really enjoy this Evolve challenge! 💖💥 This was reminding me about kundalini with the arm movement..Good for to get out frustraition...And day 17 was really good so I did it 2 times 😍.. I thinking about to become a upplifted member;)) Just wonder do you have anything more about Kundalini to learn in some (special) kundalini classes? So I can continue to evolve ;)) in kundalini yoga + other yoga combinations also

why are we inhaling while looking at the navel, when the belly is squeezing? Isn't it usually the opposite?
