I feel like this practice hits all the beats : evacuate negative tension, then focus the mind on some challenging but achievable movement, then relax and let down. Great stuff, i will definitely come back to this one.

Thank you this really helped me!! It’s not the first time I’m using this and it won’t be the last time for sure XD. No but thank you fornthis !! I used to have a really bad connection with my emotions some due to be being a teenager (yes sorry but it is what it is) and some lessons life gave me. Due to this I had some bad depression, especially last year. But I’m so much better now. But still everytime I feel something that is similar to this depressed hopeless feeling I get like really upset about be and beat myself up saying how bad I am for feeling that way instead of letting myselfe feel, understand and overcome this part of me. I Guss that I’m just scared to fall into old habits. But I am so grateful and lucky too have people around me that I can trust with this and your Videos bring me sooooo much. Their really helped me feeling my best and reminded me to be gentle to myself.
