"Give a few moments to explore your own movements" /" or "explore movement that wants to come through you". That's more satisfying. Because I think when you say do your own dance...that brings up a sort of a feeling of oh s*** and no matter how long I've been doing this , sometimes i feel id would rather be right than be happy and satisfied. so I think the language brings on a feeling I have to do it right. So I think if I heard more of " take a few moments to explore". I think that's a lot softer to go on with them just to be dropped into a sort of vault and say.."Do your own dance"
That's something I feel that would help me.
