    I’ve been doing the 3 ten minute walks for over a year after I first listened to Stan. I can for certain say it’s improved my digestion and insulin sensitivity. My body uses carbs much more efficiently.

    • @HughMiron
      @HughMiron 5 років тому +3

      100% agree. Digestion and insulin sensitivity has greatly approved. I have a very sedentary job and those 10 minute walks have been live changing.

      Stan is awesome. I’m a natural smaller guy and I have benefited so much from the walks, red meat over chicken and so many other little adjustments that help me a great deal. Adding salt to my foods was a huge help to how I feel. The walking is great. Sometimes when I don’t get to walk after eating, I just kinda sit there feeling full and I hate it lol

      I eat 6-7 means every day and do 10 minutes after every meal, it has made a world of diffrence both on sleep, insulin sensitivity, muscle/fat composition. Stan is the man👊👊

      I hunt been doing ten minute walks but I’ve been making a point to go walk and do something after dinner or before. Even if it means just go walk around the mall a few rounds. I’m not really overweight but I want to get a 6 pack again for shits and giggles but I haven’t been active. Walking at least 30 minutes a day with the cranberry juice is really kick staring my metabolism. I’m actually more active and move more without thinking about it, Stan is awesome

    Another great interview full of knowledge...Stan is a brilliant man that has lived the life, done his homework on the Bodybuilding Life Style and is willing to pass on his knowledge with a Take it or Leave it attitude with out Preaching. Thanks Hoss for putting out a platform and bringing on guest to ‘’School ‘’ us all. I’ve been in the sport since the 80’s, been blessed to have trained and hung out with Ronnie, Branch, Kuclo, Flex, Wolf, Dexter, Kim and Chad, I read all the new articles to enhance my thirst for knowledge and I learn something new every show..With the World of Bodybuilding Mags going away, shows like yours are taking their place and keeping the Sport alive and healthier.

    Excellent interview. I've watched many of Stan's interviews/seminars he's done in the past . I can always learn something new in a new interview. I appreciate the detailed Qs, even if he may appeared to be annoyed lol. He tends to talk straight without breaks. Some points I seeked a more thorough understanding. Thanks for that.
    This easily could have been 2, even a 3 part series. Much more to uncover. Didn't even elaborate on the monster mash and his other business/life journeys.

    Stans content is great, his Rhino Rants/Ten Talks are must watches. I've been doing a modified version of his diet for the last few months as I loose weight. I don't restrict everything he says but I put a big emphasis on the micro nutrition of my diet, mostly from the sources he has picked. Honestly great results so far, and I feel great. There are some pretty good UA-cam reviewers that follow it as well, and walk through full days of their eating, Chase Irons is one that I have been watching lately. Also the guest you had on a few weeks ago, Big Mike, also talked about the importance of the micro nutrition when you are on cycle to combat some of the sides of gear. Too often we look at only our macros and don't get a really good balanced diet.

      The opinions aren't that actually different when you listen to the RX Muscle show. Both 'sides' did say some truths. Yeah, the 90s were great but who cares now, it's almost 2020 and the fact is that some guys are in condition and some aren't.

    • @BENCHIPED
      @BENCHIPED 5 років тому +5

      The camera work in the 90s was absolutely cherry picked before going to the mags. Go UA-cam a bunch of pro contest in the 90s and so many of the so called greats didnt have the conditioning they claim. Hell, some contests most of them looked like light heavyweights. 19 inch arms were considered massive in the 80s and early 90s pre synthol days

    To be honest Stan looks great! If you take into consideration that Stan isn't the youngest person and he has been a top level athlete in his sport. If you compare him with his previous self he has downsized quite a bit, so no wonder he might look a bit worse than before. Year or two ago, when he was a bit bigger, he looked amazing and a lot younger and healthier than you would expect a person with his athletic background.
    I was really waiting for this episode and you guys did great job and did not let me down, thanks a lot !!! Hopefully Stan gets a bit better connection for the next episode 😋

    Your fat cells don't "produce" ghrellin, they produces leptin, which is the counter hormone to ghrellin (which is primarily produced in your stomach). When your fat cell get smaller they release less leptin therefore making the hunger effects of ghrellin more severe. As you put on fat, you produce more leptin making you feel less hungry. As your fat cells get used to their smaller size they start to produce leptin again which is why slow long diets tend to be more effective at keeping the weight off.
    Edited because, I was being a bit too sassy :P

    Hoss I would of loved to hear what he thinks about can an athlete have complete and optimal performance, like can a bb get huge and ripped with a vegan diet? and what he thinks about the entire vegan movement.

      bobbydemarko the corner piece of his diet is beef, I don’t think asking about being vegan would have made sense

    Is Stan leaning out or something? His head keeps shrinking in every video I've seen with him lately...LOL
    Good stuff, keep up the great work, Fouad. People give Stan shit for always plugging his diet and products, but shit, he's a businessman. He's also a businessman with a wealth of knowledge he's given away free for years. Stan is legit, in my book.
