I’ve been doing the 3 ten minute walks for over a year after I first listened to Stan. I can for certain say it’s improved my digestion and insulin sensitivity. My body uses carbs much more efficiently.
Stan is awesome. I’m a natural smaller guy and I have benefited so much from the walks, red meat over chicken and so many other little adjustments that help me a great deal. Adding salt to my foods was a huge help to how I feel. The walking is great. Sometimes when I don’t get to walk after eating, I just kinda sit there feeling full and I hate it lol
I eat 6-7 means every day and do 10 minutes after every meal, it has made a world of diffrence both on sleep, insulin sensitivity, muscle/fat composition. Stan is the man👊👊
I hunt been doing ten minute walks but I’ve been making a point to go walk and do something after dinner or before. Even if it means just go walk around the mall a few rounds. I’m not really overweight but I want to get a 6 pack again for shits and giggles but I haven’t been active. Walking at least 30 minutes a day with the cranberry juice is really kick staring my metabolism. I’m actually more active and move more without thinking about it, Stan is awesome
Stan and charles poliquin were the ones i was learning from when i started bodybuilding. The fact they share all this knowledge for free is amazing , and its sad that so many people don't even know who they are. .

Fouad Abiad i have been doing them for 6 months or so..eat, take a walk outside. You would be amazed on when you are a stuffed fat ass how quick it brings the bloat down
Stans content is great, his Rhino Rants/Ten Talks are must watches. I've been doing a modified version of his diet for the last few months as I loose weight. I don't restrict everything he says but I put a big emphasis on the micro nutrition of my diet, mostly from the sources he has picked. Honestly great results so far, and I feel great. There are some pretty good UA-cam reviewers that follow it as well, and walk through full days of their eating, Chase Irons is one that I have been watching lately. Also the guest you had on a few weeks ago, Big Mike, also talked about the importance of the micro nutrition when you are on cycle to combat some of the sides of gear. Too often we look at only our macros and don't get a really good balanced diet.
Stan is an OG lol. Fouad killing the podcast game with back to back legit guests and his genuine interest and questioning of his guests makes it official cause he’s asking the right questions! Really impressed with the quality of the content and how quickly this has become my go to podcast for BB shit!

Got done with episode 101 with Stan and had to come back and rewatch the first interview with him. Probably my favorite person that has been on the show. Seems so nice and humble yet so incredibly knowledgeable. It’s fascinating and mind blowing how smart this guy is
Not to mention how incredibly successful he's been in both powerlifting and body building as well as business. He's a freak in the best way. So clear and eloquent never stutters.
I love how your not shy and will stop in the middle and say hey we gotta explain this for some of the people listening who might not understand. Like me
I wonder if the 10 minute walks would be sufficient for a fat loss phase without overly excessive calorie reduction? If so, that's game changing shit right there!
The opinions aren't that actually different when you listen to the RX Muscle show. Both 'sides' did say some truths. Yeah, the 90s were great but who cares now, it's almost 2020 and the fact is that some guys are in condition and some aren't.
The camera work in the 90s was absolutely cherry picked before going to the mags. Go UA-cam a bunch of pro contest in the 90s and so many of the so called greats didnt have the conditioning they claim. Hell, some contests most of them looked like light heavyweights. 19 inch arms were considered massive in the 80s and early 90s pre synthol days

To be honest Stan looks great! If you take into consideration that Stan isn't the youngest person and he has been a top level athlete in his sport. If you compare him with his previous self he has downsized quite a bit, so no wonder he might look a bit worse than before. I was really waiting for this episode and you guys did great job and did not let me down, thanks a lot !!! Hopefully Stan gets a bit better connection for the next episode 😋
