- Illegally parked vehicles can cause traffic and accidents - acting as a nuisance, hazard and delay for other road users and commuters.
Watch as the MMDA ticket and tow various cars and motorcycles for illegal parking, as well as enforcing various other rules of the road. -
WTF does sorry do? You're only sorry cause your caught.
Every single time, they never fail to not obey this simple law.
waiting for comments that says "wala kayong awa" 🤣
Simple rules: You violate dress code = Vehicle will be impounded for 7 days. You park your vehicle to obstruct traffic and pedestrians += Vehicle will be impounded for 7 days (Canada rule for impounding) Then people learn that they don't have a vehicle for one week = obeying rules better.
For these so-called drivers, traffic laws are so much of a suggestion for them that even stopping for traffic violations are also optional.
Jaaaaan laaaaang akooooo gaaaang member apprehended! Masayang araw! 🎉
increase penalties and refrain from corrupt practices
Why is it so hard for these people to just follow SIMPLE rules? Everyday it's the same thing.
And there are people who have the nerve to say that our country is too strict? Nakakatakot daw dito? Our country's probably one of the most lax when it comes to implementation. People are just soooo undisciplined.
Ang baba kasi ng parusa. Dapat lalong bigtan. If you remember, nag trial run na taasan ng LTO ang fine and madaming umalma kasi subrang taas.
In Araneta, people don't want to move into the new condos there because of all the loud Jeepneys and their honking at 5:30AM. They never stop at intersections and their exhaust is straight piped with no muffler. The noise pollution is unbearable.
Get these classless Jeepneys and their drivers OUT.
I hope they will all file complaints with 8888 (online)
It also annoys the heck out of me. Even from 2KM away, you can hear their crazy loud exhausts.
It's not fair to anyone.
If only LTFRB could put enforcers on the road and deal with all the nonsense happening.
@@GadgetAddict They are not easy on the gas pedal (accelerator) either when moving along. A lot of them either "floor it" or not which causes straight piped Jeepneys to make booming sounds. On the streets of Araneta, they even have HUGE signs even with symbols indicating NOT to use their horns... Yet they do. "Traffic enforcement" (private) do nothing Latest... Some of the Jeepney drivers modified their horns and added these Japanese welcoming sounds with voices in Japanese, and at the ending it yells "itai itai." I'm NOT making this up.
total ban of jeepneys is a must.
Band-aid solutions. Heftier fines and harsher punishments is what these stubborn drivers and vehicle owners need.
Those tickets create revenues for the gov’t and MmDA, keep up those tickets 👍
Stay safe, GA!
DIYAN LANG AKO GANG 🤣
SO SATISFYING... HULI MGA KAMOTE
I'm wondering why the penalty fee is cheaper on those not wearing helmets compared to using unauthorized helmets.
You're right, there should be more.
Sheep mentality. Well officer, everyone else is wearing flip flops and mushroom head helmets.
In our province, DILAG Riders are called "Dipungal" 😅😅😅
3:14 best part 🤘💪👌🏻
Dapat kumanta si Sir Bong ng "Take a bow" dun sa unang part.
"Don't tell me you're sorry 'cause you're not
Baby when I know you're only sorry you got caught." 🤣
Salamat Po !!!
Only in the Philippines can do this kind of violation over & over
It seems they don’t learn their lesson 🤣
@@bochog7587They need to learn their lesson the hard way --- with some jail time .
Government employees are public servants, so where the hell did people get the mindset that government employees are gods?
Perhaps the government should increase the penalty by 50% if the vehicle been towed twice and another 25% if it towed for the 3rd time and so on, truly some citizens are hard headed
At 2:40 "D ako papayag..." See the mentality? The law is just a suggestion to that person. He parks wherever he wants to park and nobody can tell him otherwise. The MMDA enforcers have no jurisdiction over him, in his mind, and so if he says that he "won't allow them" to tow his vehicle, then they better stop. His way is the only thing that matters to him. It's always SNAFU here in the Philippines...
no one is above the law! I just wish Baguio City will do the necessary effort to do the same within barangays (lack manpower and effort from the brgy officials I'd say)
Would love to see footage of the heated argument heard in this video. What was his problem?
Also,.if it's a safety violation, impound the vehicle, if the driver cannot show that he/she has a crash helmet or shoes he can use for the remainder of the trip.
Handlebar is more important than his head apparently.
Hope our area gets filtered like that. A lot of hard headed motorcycles are obstructing the roads
Keep it up! MMDA
"Don't Stop Believin'" by Journey sung by Arnel Pineda 🎵🎶 comes to mind when they don't want to stop. Because they believe the enforcers don't see them. 🤣
That's actually a good question with the pipe. Anyone know why?
Everybody knows it is an ILLEGAL homemade water tap !!!
Throw a stick in the wheel spokes and watch them stop on a dime 😂😂😂
Please go to Valenzuela st, Batis San Juan. From F.Manalo going towards F. Blumentritt. The street is narrow but they are cars parking both sides.
The water pipe concreted into the curb. A illegal tap.😂
I honestly don't know where it connects to. I would want to assume it's a legal connection.
But for sure, if you put it on the road like that, it's going to eventually get broken, and I don't think it's fair to blame the towing crew, even if they were technically the ones that hit it.
But I must admit, if it was me, I'd probably just fix it also, to avoid a headache.
And the driver already has a problem with his jeep being towed, so I guess it's more reasonable to at least fix his pipe.
Nice videos, keep it up😊
they rather not mess up the hair than wear a helmet lol.
dude your guess is as good as mine why these guys ride without a freaking helmet.... stay safe dude and keep up the good work...just sayin
5:43 I really don't mind the authorities towing vehicles if it parked at the wrong area but please do it properly. The vehicle being towed on this time stamp is clearly has an automatic transmission because the front wheels aren't moving at all. Towing it like this might cause damage to the vehicle. If they need to do their job, do it properly.
baka may pagkain sa helmet, need kasi ng protection un. hahaha.
hi! does wearing crocs okay along edsa?
Dude just wanna test His RAIDER if you can catch Him.
That’s a carb type 🤢 slow af
Dyan lang ako” Gang🤣🤣
They should put tow away zones with the no parking areas. That way theres no need to wait 5 mins. Just tow it as soon as you find it there. Raise the fines as well
Nakakbwiset eh 🤣
If the enforcement of Philippine laws will be thorough with no buts or exemptions, we can definitely solve our budget deficit and national debt.
why because they're all hard headed
A few bucks for penalties for them means nothing. They just go back and commit the same shit.
I wish UN avenue in manila can be cleared, a lot of sign says towing and clamping zone, but still many vehicles parked there!.
The difficulty in Manila City is that many roads, sidewalks and bicycle lanes were turned into paid parking, regardless of what the signs say.
That's the irony that I've seen from some people.. they insist that when it comes to illegally parked vehicles, the autonomy and decision of the city must be respected.
But later they attack the city on a different issue, and suddenly they've forgotten about that "autonomy" that they were defending earlier.
I can see valid arguments on both sides of the issue. But pick a side. Dont flip-flop whenever it suits your own goal.
salute to enforcers our road guardians
1:45 sablay yung pagkakagawa. Pati yung pagkakasemento hindi na pinagisipan eh 😂
Violations and fines plus demerits good job
Make those kamotes keep getting demerits😅
1:44 I'm no plumber, but putting a pipe there doesn't seem kosher.
Extending out from the curb, onto the road, with like 1mm of cement on top of it? 🤷🤦
But I guess if I was in the position of the towing crew, I'd probably just fix it too, just to avoid the headache.
Plus the driver already has to deal with his towed jeep, so I guess it's more reasonable to take one problem off his hands.
But still, I don't think it's right to put the pipe on the road like that, or to really blame anyone that might accidentally damage it.
that broken pipe, what a BIG waste of water.
It was fixed reasonably quickly.
If you want to see a waste of water, just go to squatter areas. In many of them, you'll see water pipes that run 24/7, with the nearly all of the water being wasted.
They cannot turn them off or attach a faucet because they're tapped in illegally and the pressure is too high. It will just blow out their connection. So they leave it running 24/7.
@@GadgetAddict holy hell, thats million times worse!
Why censor what govt agency they work for? All govt employees, high or low profile, should be treated equally and are part of public scrutiny
It's not because he works for a government agency. I would have done the same if he had mentioned a private company.
It's been standard practice for quite awhile, that I will censor the name of the place that someone works at. Just like I blur faces and plates.
@@GadgetAddict understandable. You should create a new group for them like DILAG. They should be called “TGAG” = Taga-Gobyerno Ako Gang

Coding does not work. It just creates more parking problems
I agree that coding is not an effective option for reducing vehicular volume.
Maybe at one point, it worked, but not nowadays.
People don't drive their SUV on a Monday and take the bus on Tuesday.
More likely they'll buy another car or ride a grab.
So what happens? More people buy a second car, just to enroll as a grab car, along with a hired driver.
LTFRB will just issue more and more units for grab.
It's still the exact same number of cars traveling at any time, it just became a commercial transaction, instead of a self-driven private car.
And what happens to all these cars that can't be used during coding days? Well many of them are illegally parked on public roads, causing traffic 🤷
P1,500 is nothing. Make the penalty bigger. P10, 000 will be a good start for 1st offence. Double it for 2nd time offence. Then let us see who has more money to pay the penalties. ...
Pag navlear na kasi ng mmda obligasyon n dapat ng LGU's na maintain ung lugar hindi ung pag alis ng mmda back to normal n nmn
Mr. Gadget Addict please request the mmda particulary Sir Nebrija to make operations here in Paranaque city along sucat even near city hall so many riders without safety helmets it's a normal scene they are ignored by local corrupt traffic enforcers!!!
Talipandas and Tolongges GALORE!!!!😁😆😅🤣😂
Gud day always mate
dapat may criminal case na pa tumakbo
Sorry my S, face the law!!!
A bit off topic but why do you blur which government department they are in? Especially when it's not like they're name-dropping anyone specific.
It's something I started doing quite a long time ago, not just for government employees, but for everyone.
You can see it in some of my other videos, when the driver or passenger says where they work, I cut it out.
Sometimes i also do it for street names or other things that i think would make the person more identifiable, since the goal is to keep people anonymous, and focus on educating and informing, not on the specific violators.
Actually there's some other things i do, to try and make people less identifiable or recognizable. But no one would ever notice what i did, except the person who was apprehended.
can you voice over as well what street and area you're taking the videos from each time? Thanks
Just to clarify, nothing is a voice over. The audio and video is shot in real-time on the street.
I used to include street names. In fact I even used to include maps and GPS coordinations.
I've been leaning away from mentioning the street names, especially if they're a small street or if there was a big incident that could draw a lot of attention to the street.
I'm still thinking about the best approach for this.
If you cant afford to buy or dont own a parking space, you should not buy a car coz that means. you dont have enough money to own one
Nebrija should stop wasting time arguing with garbage...
Go go Gadget Addict & MMDA.
Around the 2:05 mark, you said that the driver was flagged down because the passnger wasnt wearing a helmet. But the driver was wearing Crocs. Does this count as not being a slipper/sandal? You didnt say anything about it.
Really don't get the point on people always complaining about law enforcers just doing their job thinking they are anti-poor, and accusing them of being corrupt or abusing their powers... But in the first place, these same exact people claiming they are poor don't mind being apprehended and wasting money just to pay for their traffic/road penalties... And we are not just talking about couple of bucks here... The least of 500 pesos up to thousands of pesos penalty. Is it really the law being anti-poor, or the mindset of those people claiming about their poverty just to be exempted from the law?
Revoke or confiscate the lisence for seminar plus double pena3

Stone head drivers. They know all the violations but still taking their chances, it's like peek a boo.
Make Dilag sticker and give it to them. DILAGang
Bong rules
Rinse and repeat...
Here's an idea for Congress, we are worry about climate change right? So what about passing a law called DILAG, this prohibits the use of a personal vehicle for short distance trips unless moving a heavy item. If you're just moving within a certain distance, walk or get fined as well. 😊
That's often the reason given by female passengers that are carrying the helmet, instead of wearing it.
That's why I was thinking that Bong and his team should start giving hair dryers, instead of helmets.
@@GadgetAddict 😂🤣😎
Sell the jeepney at auction. Make the violaters pay. If you aren't consistent with the law then they are just going to do it again. How can anybody not put safety gear on kids? In the states you Have to be a certain age to be a passenger on

i shouted at a dumbass not wearing helmet, he answered back, "baket? ma didisgrasya ba ako? "
Too many riders are overly confident that they won't have an accident.
Even if they're the best rider in the world, they could still be hit by someone else, or forced to crash by a kamote.
@@GadgetAddictKamotes always think that accidents never happen to them. It's always the other guy , not you.
1:50 to be fair you arent supposed to really hit it hard with your car or your trucks trailer
I agree that any driver should avoid purposefully hitting anything. But it extends out from the curb.
There's a reason why there's proper rules and specifications for what you put on the road.
If people just start putting their own stuff onto public roads, this is what you can expect to see.
Tow trucks often find themselves in odd positions while trying to line up the bed with whatever illegally parked vehicle they need to tow.
If you're going to put something on the public road, with or without permission, it should be done in a safe and proper way.
@@GadgetAddict That doesn't look like a standard water connection made by Manila Water or Maynilad. It's probably a homemade illegal water tap .
To be fair it wasn't supposed to be there in the first place. You don't put pipes on the sidewalk gutter and cover it with cement !
So... was it him again?

Very rich 1500 per violation o.o so rich
P1500 fine for a no helmet violation seems awfully low. They should double or triple it just to give them something to think about.
