- All day, every day, drivers and riders unload their problems and difficulties onto enforcers, after being flagged down for a violation.
Enforcers are only human. They hear, see and feel the difficulties that people are experiencing in their daily lives.
But at the same time, they have to consider the greater good of EVERY road user, not only the violator.
If someone cannot afford to get a license, they certainly wont be able to afford the medical costs or repair costs after being involved in an accident.
And since they don't have a license, they may very well be the cause of the accident, since they have not yet proven themselves to be competent and responsible on the road. - Розваги

I have a serious question about helmets Sir., I saw on a UA-cam video where a gentleman of an Indian descent who was wearing a head turban, riding a motorcycle without a helmet, my question is; are they exempted from wearing a helmet due to religious reasons? TIA
I don’t understand this people, I’m a rider too and I always made sure that I have my license and or cr with me, got my shoes and helmet on, only 4easy things you should do before leaving! I even do this when riding inside our subdivision! Because I don’t like this kind of unnecessary trouble for myself. Now, these guys that cannot afford to pay the fines have the audacity to break the law, I don’t understand.

Hello, please inform the MMDA the motorcycles convert the covered portions of EDSA and turn it to instant parking lots when it rains. The other day these motorcyclists were already occupying 2 lanes near the EDSA-Santolan MRT station. They not only cause heavy traffic but also hazards on the road. I already messaged MMDA about this but no response has been made. Hope you can help out. Thanks.
The disappointing thing is that the MMDA even built emergency laybys for motorcycle riders to use during heavy rain.
Most of the time they're empty and the riders are blocking the highway instead.
Rainy season comes every year but they still didn't learn to buy the right gear 🤦

The problem with most of the small motorcycle riders here especially in the provinces is that they treat their vehicle like a bicycle that's why constant DILAG excuses and no licenses.

Implementing the basic rules in ourself is common sense, being a driver was to have a license first. Even if you don't have a unit but can drive. It is more cheaper than having a unit first and stupid enough driving around and be broke for violation.

And I've never seen anyone apprehended for it.

Maybe we should stop nanny state control for those over 18, if you want to be stupid and ride with shorts, no helmet or shoes so be it so long as you have licence, insurance and obey the driving rules.
