- Driving while on the phone, counterflowing, riding without helmet.. it's worrying to see how much danger some drivers are willing to put themseves and other road users in, just to save a few seconds.

Watching your vlogs of all of the traffic violators is so satisfying to watch. Thank you for teaming up with MMDA to bring us these videos. So wonderful to watch all of these kamote drivers and tanga vehicle parking owners being exposed on UA-cam for their violations. I wish the same traffic enforcement can be done in Angeles City.

This what happens when you don't require a drivers license for E-bikes. Disobey all traffic rules, No Penalty.
LTO must required ebike drivers to register and have a licensed regardless of what type of ebike. no registration no license. what the authorities could do?

Come to San Ildefonso. Even the emergency vehicles in front of the mayor's office park on the corner. So far 3 accidents because of it and it still hasn't changed.

0:13 It doesn't matter if the helmet is approved or not. The strap isn't done up no helmet will protect you when it just falls off in a crash.
I agree on the safety risk. Just like the mushroom heads that balance the helmet on top of their head.
But from a legal standpoint, I've never seen someone penalized for riding with an unclipped helmet.

Hey GA, I always hear you say, "if they put both violations on the ticket..." Any idea how often they actually do that, or how often they let some of the stuff go?
If someone racks up a lot of violations, but is generally cooperative with enforcers, it's not unusual for the enforcer to use some discretion.
If the person is uncooperative, abusive or does something that is overly dangerous or troublesome to other road users, it's unlikely that such discretion would be considered.
Shit man. They should make it consistent. Thing is as soon as the enforcers turn their backs. It's back to how they find them.
If business is occupying sidewalk and first lane, just cone the area off (lane end signs and so on) and then start to bill that company for reserving the public area to their business (10.000 PHP per day). I promise You that after first day 95% of roads and sidewalks are free from any hinder from businesses.
Just 10k rich trucking companies would love that.
I could see this being abused in the future. People will find a loophole to abuse the system.
I feel that it shoulld be a zero tolerance policy. For all violators especially bus lane, no drivers license, no license plates, 10000 pesos, vehicle impound and suspension of driving privileges even on the first violation. Tingnan natin gawin nila.

It should be made legal that any object (including cars) left unattended on sidewalks and illegally parked on roads become legally abandoned and people taking them will not be prosecuted.

Those vehicles caught violated parked in the : corner of the street, pedestrian crossing, fire hydrant station, pwd ramp should be ticketed with high offence penalty and immediately be towed away, there no need to give them reason to barter to lessen their violation or penalty . The Law is a law that they must know and obey. If the law is not implemented those violators will remain doing it repeatedly

If the driver can show a valid OR/CR and license, it's not being impounded.
The plate violation alone doesn't result in impounding.

Those who only got a P1,000 ticket will often park in the same place again.
