- A motorcycle rider was chased and apprehended after failing to stop for multiple traffic enforcers.
The motorcycle was quickly impounded after the driver admitted he doesn't have a drivers license.
If you attempt to escape after being flagged down by enforcers, there SHOULD be additional tickets and penalties !
Otherwise, every rider would just try to run away if he has nothing to lose.
This should definitely be implemented. Because with that mindset, people think they can just get away with breaking the law. Next thing you know they think they can get away with committing a crime as well. That mindset tends to seep in eventually from a minor offense to a major offense.

True, and some would even say Driver's License is expensive (8,000). If u can afford to buy a motorcycle (which usually ranges from 50,000 and above), then u can afford a Driver's License... People always like to make excuses. Same thing with parking spaces
seriously , evading capture should be mandatory jail time with a fine of 40,000 pesos ...pay fine in order to be released from jail

If he was able to escape, he will do the “pabida” moves during tagay session that same day.
In some countries, if a rider tries to escape, they will be sent to jail. Every rider who attempts to escape should have a background check.
the laws and order in the Philippines is very SOFT that the reason why more hard head no discipline Pilipino drivers roaming around.
Driving away should involve a 3 month impound and driver's license suspension
Gadget Addict....how about following one of the towed vehicles going to Tumana and giving us a tour of the area? we'd like to see how vehicles are off-loaded there and the process how owners claim their vehicles back.

I don't think I'd even be able to remember everything clearly enough.
I always talk while the video is being shot. That's why I sometimes mess up my words or grammar, because I'm trying to keep up with what's happening, while also trying to avoid saying something that's going to cause me a headache later lol

Those PUV that are required to have a garage and or a terminal but seen illegally parked should have time .5 or x1 in penalty so with Gov't vehicles because the latter should know more and same with PUV since its a req in their franchise... imho
What to do if a traffic enforcer pulls you over?
1. Stop right ahead and talk to the officer
2. Present your lisence once apprehended
3. Apologize for your violation and accept the ticket.

they need to rise the violation fee for impounding. and for those who tries to run away, the need to suspend the driver license for at least 1year plus the higher violation fee.

In the UK driving without insurance (which if you don’t have a licence you don’t have) gets your car seized and crushed. No excuses, no fines, no tickets simply destroyed. Philippines needs to start doing this for unlicensed drivers.

GA, If you have a condo and have an assigned parking spot inside the condo parking area/garage. Now if someone parks in your spot, can you call and have them towed or does the condo admin or MMDA have to do it?
our problem is no one enforcing the law, it's like cooking a food and no body wants to serve/deliver it.

If the riders get slapped with steep fines and penalties, they might miss the monthly payments on the bike and it will get repoed !

If a person has 3 illegal parking tickets, they should enact a law to immediately tow that vehicle.

I will be one to admit that I have had many close calls hitting pedestrians, because of the many 2 or 4-wheeled vehicles occupying the sidewalk as their personal parking spaces.

I think the motorcycle enforcement of helmet and shoes should be extended to all Barangay's in all of the Philippines, also noisy exhaust pipes, they are really annoying!
i never have an issue with driving w/o license or other violations, so asking a question just to understand the procedures of ticketing and all
if a car or MC is illegally parked, and no one can show a license, it will be towed.
if someone comes, even if its not the driver/owner, but has the keys and a license, they can issue the ticket to the license and have them move it away (eg repair shop would have the keys to the car)
lets say, 2 people in an MC, not wearing helmets but had 2 with them. so they were flagged down. driver has no license, backride apparently has.
they can not issue the ticket to the backrider license, have them switch and wear helmets, and send them off? bit confused on how it all works
running from enforcers should require jail time.
MOTORS SHOULD HAVE A BIGGER PLATE NUMBER PLUSTERED , AND FEWER NUMBERS AND LETTERS. WHICH IS EASY TO REMEMBER. MOTORS THAT DOESNT HAVE A PLATE NUMBER SHOULD BE MENALIZED, AND CONFISCATED.
people caught without a license should be banned from getting it. having a license is a privilege, not a right.
Speaking of that flagged rider who tried to run away, what happened to that unidentified Mio rider who ran away and escaped two years ago? Did he get his DR suspended? Cancelled? Any penalty?
Which one? The alleged drug pusher that ran away while on EDSA? As far as I remember, he was from Caloocan and a case was filed against him in a Quezon City court.
There's a lot of people that run away, so I might be thinking of a different one.
Love your videos, however, I have one pet-peeve about your narrative. It is not referred to as the "floor" but the "ground"! Floors are within building structures. Ground is always "outside". Otherwise, excellent work. I'm becoming addicted to your videos. Also, I was grateful to see how the MMDA will be implementing much higher fines for those caught in the bus lane. I think because of your coverage and many people commenting, it gave the agency the backing needed to have this done.

It's possible and likely that they did. Usually they add reckless and/or "apprehended after a long chase"

Well even with cars parked on the sidewalks, pedestrians shouldn't be oblivious when walking on the road. I see it all the time. Peds won't even take a look. Just blindly step out into the road. Sure the drivers are in the wrong but that doesn't mean its ok to get hit 😂
Yeah that's unfortunately true. I also regularly see pedestrians that just walk straight into the road, without looking first.
I actually got nudged a little by a tricycle just the other day.
I was forced to go on the road because of a van on the sidewalk. I guess the tricycle driver couldn't see too well because of the heavy rain.
But he was just going slow and it was just a slight touch.
It's just another reminder of the risk 🤷
Sayang di kumpleto yung simula ng video, para nakita natin paano manghuli mga pulis na nasa far right lane at nagi-stop ng sasakyan sa far left lane. Sa ibang bansa bawal manghuli pulis sa far left lane (for road safety) kung 3 lane yung road at nasa far right sila. Eiwan ko lang dito sa pinas if pede. I assume pwede base sa video na nakaharang pa sa middle lane mga pulis.
