@@abbigail3311 it's really sweet how you tried to use both of his sets of pronouns, but I don't know any genderfluid/genderqueer people who use he/she at the same time, it's usually just alternating between them. (eg, he and I had a great time together, she's always been a great friend to me) In Kedarie's case, it seemed more dependent on the day. Hope this helps?

I feel like "Nathaniel" was definitely Lumni, whether he and Kedarie were in a relationship or not. It would have to be a real huge coincidence for Kedarie to have a catfish threatening him online on the same night he was murdered by someone else. If they weren't dating, I think Lumni could have been using the page to catfish Kedarie, likely out of homophobia and embarrassment. Like, maybe he saw Kandacee on Facebook, thought she was biologically female and made a comment to some friends about how he was into her or wanted to hook up with her or something. Then he was embarrassed when he found out she was Kedarie. However, I do lean more toward the idea that they were dating. The Nathaniel profile did seem obviously fake, and I feel like Kedarie wouldn't have been fooled by that. Who knows, though?
No matter what the exact reason was, this is a terribly sad case. Kedarie was so young and innocent. He had so much more to experience in life. He didn't deserve to die, much less because of the way he identified. I hope those men get recharged for the hate crime. Much love to Kedarie's family and friends. I think it's awesome that he was surrounded by such a wonderful and loving support system. I hope they realize how much their support must have meant to him.

This case is soooo scary for me. My daughter declared at 11yrs old that they identified as non-binary and gender fluid. She/they, are now 13yrs old and are discovering themselves, their gender, their sexuality with my unconditional love and support. However my child has been unable to attend school for almost 2yrs because they are scared, uncomfortable and feel threatened and unaccepted at school and in social environments. It just breaks my heart. My child is beautiful and amazing and so loving and caring yet is suffering at such a young age for trying to be true to her/themselves.
It has not helped that my daughter started going through physical and hormonal development since age 9, very early, much earlier than their peers, and unfortunately has very large breasts at a very young age, as if their development and self discovery and self image wasn't already difficult enough. This video has me so scared for my child's safely and well being in the coming years. Why can't people just be kind, considerate, understanding and or mind their own damn business?! Why do people feel or believe they have the right to hurt, let alone murder another for being "different".

I think Lumni was defo Nathaniel.
I think him and Candice got into a argument of some kind and Lumni thought he was going to be outed for being gay.
I think him and west got Candice into the vehicle and brought him back to the party house all being in agreement for a 3 some.
West likely didn’t know Candice was born male and started to freak out. Lumni went along with West acting as if he didn’t know either. Lumni was probably testing the waters to see if west was closet gay too. He was likely hoping if rumours started to go around about him being gay that West name would go around with it too or that West would cover for him because West was “tricked” into doing something sexual with Candice too.

And that is the often the problem, that people don't always settle disputes with fisticuffs alone. It's what I warn my nephew on. He's feels because he is tall and works out, that he can take anyone one. I have to stress he absolutely cannot stop a bullet. Or a well-aimed stab wound with a knife.

They waited for her outside her friend's house.. that's why Kedarie refused her friend's offer to take her home. She got back in the car with the boys and went on the party house. And YES..
