350 diesel isn't as dependable as a 6.2 (6.2 disel is a 379 cubic inch small block from what i know) low hp but decent torque and really good on fuel and supposedly they can last a long while if you maintain them but I've never had one
Reminds me of my high school days flogging the shit out of an old jeep! Aye i gotta ask, are you holding in the advance lever and revving it to blow that smoke????
You realize that those axels alone are worth 1500 each, 700 on the transfer case, 500 transmission and odds and ends another 1000, engine 500. You will cry when you see what that truck is worth in another 10 years
i have owned a few 6.2 diesel pickups they wasn't fast but they was dependable and got decent fuel mileage lol
Those 6.2’s kinda sound like a big block lol
I need one of these old Chevys so my neighbors can hate me. Love it
I bought a brand new 1984 GMC 6.2 K2500. 300,000 miles later, it’s our livestock water truck. Rust free Wyoming truck.
When trucks were trucks n men were men!!! Great video
The truck owner's dad used to pull a disc with his 6.2, banks turbo with a posi rear end. Now trucks are just luxury and grocery getters.
North Country life is so much more fun than the gayass suburbs
Bullshitery is right, good shit
I own a 6.2 Gmc suburban and power is great sounds like a race car very dependable love no change for anything else
And this thing still got 22 mpg with all the skinny pedal action
4 or 5 inch stacks would make here real loud! I knew a guy with a 4x4 single cab dually 4 speed 6.2 with 4 inch stacks and it was obnoxiously loud.
Haha this shit just made my day
What a good time.
I want the 350 diesel one with long tubes side exit lol. The small block olds long tubes fit on the diesel
Were planning on stacking this truck, hopefully it gives it a nice deep tone
You do not want the 350 diesel lol.
@@Southized let him go..
350 diesel is junk tho

Who shoved the 24 pack pepsi box behind the grill lmao
I have a GM 6.2 I'm my 84 g,2500. How do I chalk it on a drop of a hat like that? Nice side pipe too.
Do you still have it? What all happened to the truck? Did you blow the engine out of it?
Nice trucks, confusing video.
