    A nice idea, but really, how can you improve your work in the right way (the way the publisher wants it) if you don't get feedback? Publishers don't give critique/constructive feedback. If you can only submit through an open submission, then they don't even tell you that you were unsuccessful, you just have to assume when the timeframe they gave on their website passes. What if you try your guts out for half your life because you bought into the fallacy that you should never give up because winners don't quit and quitters don't win? I really can't agree with much of this talk.
