Wanting them back passes. Right now, you're idealizing your ex. You'll see how miserable you were one day, how badly they hurt you. One day, you'll realize you deserve better. Please hang in there for that day!
    My story…
My ex came back. But it was too late I had already moved on. It's been six months, and I hardly think of him.

It’s been 2 years, no contact except at work. I’ve done the work, I feel I’m a totally different person in the best way possible. I can’t seem to stop hoping and it frustrates me. I want to move on but can’t. I know we all make mistakes and I may be holding on to the hope that she will realize that at some point

It's literally cuz u see them occasionally at work. It's not allowing u to move on that way. I was in the same boat when I chased a girl at my job for 3 years becuz i would see her 3 times a week. Until she quit her job, I was able to move on over time for real.

5 weeks of NC brought my girl back. Thanks for all of your encouragement, Coach Craig!

At the age of 68 i am getting divorced after 32 years of not the best relationship with too many incompatabiltes. I mentioned the D word in her defense too many times. Its hard to let go inspite of my detrimental action . I have trying to jeep ny mouth shut

I found out my ex deleted my number almost immediately after I started no contact( don't ask me how). No contact is almost live false hope. Ppl delete ur # and move on quick sometimes.

The point of no contact is for you to make improvements in your life. It doesn't guarantee that your ex will come back but more likely than not they do. Either way, if neither of you put in the work, you will get the same result. Take it from someone who has been there.

@@daz311xbut here’s why i’m struggling to believe it’ll work, if i’m not connecting with them, i mean relationships are grown from being with eachother and hanging out so how would not reaching out to my ex increase my chances of them coming back?

I watched your video about why my ex might be mean just now. Could you tell me whats going on in this situation?
So she has broken up almost 6 months ago after 6 months dating. We had an incredibly deep bond. I left her alone, answered only when she reached out and after 2.5 months of here reaching out occasionally I told her that I could not take that loose contact and that if she wanted to talk, I’d be open or if theres something important I am happy for her to reach out. Other than that I wished her great success on her journey. We just had a music festival which we planned last year and she sent me a insta reel saying that she couldn’t stop thinking about me. I didn’t know what to reply to that, so I replied how shes doing otherwise. After she saw me randomly at the festival she had to walk up to me, say hi and grab the first best guy she could get and kiss him right next to me after one minute of talking to him. I just walked away. We walked past each other briefly one more time and I open a small and normal conversation about how things habe been. How should I react to this, as I only want this breakup to be dealt with respectfully, like my past breakups? (I am 27 and she is 21 btw.)
