*I bought this for my mom because she was training for the local 10K and **Fastly.Cool** she absolutely loves it! It's not very noisy at all and is not bulky around her neck either.*
Around her neck? While running in a 10k? Ahhh good joke. It anxiously a scam.
It's basically a mini "swamp cooler" and though it doesn't nearly condition the air in an entire room...sitting in front of it will definitely cool you off.
I purchased this item and was so disappointed with it. I contacted the company and they offered me 20% refund and could send it back at my expense. The portable AC did not work ,only shot out warm air,the ice tray melted within mins. I cannot believe I got sucked in to buying this item. Their return policy is crazy. To anyone thinking of purchasing this product. DON’T,it is a waste of money.
I'm hearing this a lot from people. Since the company seems very unethical I'd call your CC company and explain the situation and ask for a refund. Then will most likely investigate the charge on your behalf.
This is a well known scam company. Blaux, Blast Auxiliary, they're all the same.

Thank u, this video made me feel better about my purchase yesterday. I ordered because at the house I stay at, since it is late may it is hot in my room at night even with the AC system set on 67 degrees. Until I saw this video all i saw was videos saying this was a scam or fake. I hope it at least lasts until October ish.

@The Time is Now I bought the product, did not get paid anything to review. If you look on YT this is a like the standard DIY system for producing cold air. You do not need to buy this, make your own out of a cooler.
Good luck. These unity will make a room very humid very fast. If it's already humid, these will not work. Send it back if you can. It's not a scam, but something that works only in certain areas of the country. It's only a scam when people claim they work anywhere at any time. The room must be well ventilated. You can't set it in a closed room as it will quickly stop working.

Yes, I would never pay over $20 for this. It's a fan that blows over ice. Cooling effect is very, very, very minimal. If you live in a hot climate probably would be nonexistent.
It's an evaporative cooler, not an AC. Even expensive units are around the $50 price point. Picked one up myself for $30 at Aldi. So $80-$100 is a ripoff. But the truly criminal part of these is they don't work in areas that really need cool air. Humidity has to be very low or else they will not work. Once the humidity goes much above 25% they all but stop working. Look up the wet bulb temperature in your area and that is the best this unit can put out. Where I am it's 77 with a wet bulb temp of 72. It's not going to do a thing. But in Phoenix it's 104 with a wet bulb temp of 68.62. It's going to work GREAT there, here not so much.

Yes, I'm hearing a lot from people. People are not happy. It's a sound design from the perspective of fan blowing on ice and water, but it's not an AC. The company should refund people and it sounds like they are being very difficult.
maybe BLAUX is pronounced blow, as in its an AC/fan/swamp cooler. so it blows.
It's actually pronounced "blao" but from what I have heard, the product blows..

Biggest Lie ever told. This Mini AC doesn't cool anything. This guy knows that. Tell everyone the truth. You will get more air from a Hand Fan. It's straight trash!
I got this less than $20 when I reviewed it (My own purchase, not from company). I didn't know they were charging so much. I think it's off the market now.
@@9malls Sounds like they used you. They should be off the market, it's junks, a total rip off. I almost bought two one for me and one for my 94 year old Aunt back east. I told her I w0uld check it out first and if it worked like they advertised I would then buy one for her. I'm glad I checked it out first, otherwise they would've ,stung me twice! The smart thing would have been, was to do before what I did after I purchased it. That was to check out reviews on UA-cam first, which is what I would normally do. Anyhow, lesson learned. It won't happen again. Thanks for the reply.

I just got mine today, DO NOT BUY!!! You have to be right next to it and even if you are its just a little breath of air coming out this is way overrated, and the tray fills up with water way too quickly, the little water spray fan from the dollar store is 10x better than this what a shame, This is NOT worth the price🤦🏽♀️
