      Once you prepare the sugar syrup at the beginning.. Divide it into two portions.. One is used for boiling the rasgullas and the other for soaking them

    Dear Sir
    I am 78 and passionate cook your keen follower
    Your Rasgullas
    1 you did not dilute Vinegar, this will shock the milk
    2 . 1 string syrup means 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water, too thick, rasgullas will not become spongy
    3. How much time cooking 5 to 7 mts is too less, Rasgullas will be uncooked
    4. How much final dilution. Not clear.
    5. Why no rose essence
    6 Quenching in Ice cold water will give crunch effect
    7 The thick syrup you mentioned will lead to flat Rasgullas
    8 Why no Rita water for creating foam
    8 Rasgullas will make if you stir after 2 mts
    Pls clarify
