I Did The Plant Based Diet For 30 Days And Here's What Happened | Vegan Diet Pros and Cons 2021

I AM BACK! It has been way too long, friend. I unintentionally took a 2 1/2 month hiatus because, well life. But I am back and I'm ready to bring you all the fitness tips, tricks and ultra delicious healthy recipes. This weeks vlog looks a little different, I'm sharing what I've been up to these past few months as well as an update on my current diet regimen. During my time away I decided to try the plant based diet for 30 days. You're probably thinking: "What?" "Why?" "Does this mean you're vegan now???". Instead of answering your questions here I took the time to answer them in this video. I'm sharing the good, bad and ugly of my 30 day experiment. I basically wanted to give you the vegan diet pros and cons 2021 and let you in on if this nutritionist gone vegan thinks that the dietary lifestyle is sustainable or not.
