Thank for the video. However I do not grasped how W=0.240 k/ft for triangular loading and then W-0.15 k/ft for the UDL. How is those values obtained. I believe I have missed something between W, Wo and w. Thanks in advance.

Its not divided by 3

It's WL/3 to convert tributary load to UDL.
So it's correct there
