I think this camera is amazing for home videos and pretty much child proof. The footage looks great. Definitely made for action and people that are looking to get family vids, vlogging and hiking or any other outdoor stuff. Solid video dude!
I have a question though, what happens if you break the mounting piece attached to the camera? I have a long history with GoPro as well, and those pieces have broke whether on the attachments or the actual frame before. That’s one reason I got the gopro 7 over the gopro 8 because you can change the lens in case something happens.
Yeah you're right, you won't be able to replace it easily like you would for the gopro hero 7. They're made fairly well though so I would think they'd be able to last a good while .. i hope!
@@BryanFrancisco haha it’s alright. I think you are so honest about it! I am still mostly using my phone. I am interested in that insta360 also. But I don’t know. Haha
Good job Bryan! I've never been one to use GoPros but the 9 seems like it might be something to add to my kit for when I can travel again. Thanks for sharing
Thank you Bryan for always sharing editing tips and thorough reviews! They are so informative and it helps me decide whether I should get go pro9 because I'm using 11pro to film my videos.
No problem! Make sure to look up more in depth reviews on the gopro 9. If you're going to be using it indoors to film your cooking videos, just make sure you have A LOT of lighting =)
@@BryanFrancisco sounds similar to my experience. New to using nd filters for GoPro so wanted to check if it was just me. Had a few instances where I got it on, but struggled to take it off 👍🏽
Hi there Byran, Great review! The GoPro Hero 9 is my first GoPro but I have had problems with three units now popping and crackling in the audio. It only happens recording within about 30 seconds of turning the unit on. But it is consistent on each of the three units I have gone through. No reviewer has mentioned that and I wonder if it's a hardware issue associated with a batch at my local store. I really want like the camera otherwise. Did you experience this issue?
Sorry to hear you're having these issues. TBH, I've been using it daily for the past couple of weeks and I haven't notice any weird issues like that. I'll test it out again this weekend and see if I maybe just missed it
I also like this camera I would love to have a camera like this in my hand. But there are no assets to buy one like this. I am a poor student in Sri Lanka. Likes to serve people through social media. Your video is good. Very beautiful and congratulations from the bottom of my heart. 🙏😃
@@BryanFrancisco yes!! the gopro hypermosoth it's made for action! cynematic video with 1/50 sec shutter speed looks bad with and without nd. even in your videos the stabilization is not the best by manually setting the shutter. the situation improves using 60fps and 1/120 but the best stabilization result is by leaving the shutter on auto to the detriment of the cinematic effect.
Who cares about image. It’s pretty much plateaued 5 years ago. What they need to actually do to the camera is: Battery life! And Heat resistance to stop the overheat shutdown. Why add a new screen instead of going for max battery. Just plain stupid.

Thanks man! It's definitely made for action sports or outdoor activities!
Perfect video like ever, thanks Bryan!
Thank youu!

Now you make me interested in this product Bryan! I think you really present it so well. Thanks!!
Definitely look up more in depth reviews. I wanted to test it out based on what I use my cameras for - didn't really pass the test for me =(

Have you tried the 360 X2? I am in between these 2. 360 X2 seems more versatile and better value.
Not yet! I've seen a ton about it though.
I'm curious how it looks set up on a camlink as a webcam.
Where did you get that GoPro holder from that you are using in your car?
It's actually meant for bigger cameras. It's made by delkin
I had high expectations for this camera but thought was honestly a failed... the 360 X2 was my go to
I'll have to get my hands on the 360 x2
Epic Bryan Schiffer Broll

This was dope! Enjoyed your approach on the testing! Did you have any challenges with screwing the Polar Pro filters on and off?
Thanks Jordan! It seemed kind of tight at first. But it wasn't really a big issue, I was able to easily take them off after a few times

H0w can I export 5k 30dps to 5k 60 for slow motion
Hey Bryan! You can do another Hollywood transitions video
The baby driver one really helped me!🙏
Thanks for the suggestion! i've actually been planning another one out. Stay tuned =)

Gopro Hero 9 night it works “SHUTTER COLLECTION”?

I have to get my hands on the DJI pocket 2!
Well that's a very honest review thanks a lot

Awesome Video Bryan
Thank you Anton!
Your welcome sir
Bryan, do some collaborations with other UA-camrs as well .

Glad you liked the video! Hopefully you get a gopro one day so you can create awesome videos!
Hero 8 also has the same mounting system
Ohhh ok! it was the one gopro I skipped and didn't get. Thanks for letting me know
@@BryanFrancisco no biggie, you didn’t miss much lol
Just here to comment!
For me the go pro is still only an actioncam 😉🎥😅 best cinematic greetings from germany
You're right! It's good to have - but not as an every day camera
Cool! Nice video. ✌️
Thank youuu!
Brian ....love your channel ... but come on, if you can't make the H9 "dance" its because you aren't trying hard enough
stabilization with iso locked at 100 is terrible
are you using it with filters on?

They actually changed the batteries for the gopro hero 9. They're definitely a lot better than the older models
