The spray foam isn't covering the horizontal steel. Doesn't that leave them conducting heat / cold from the outside metal surface? I would be concerned they could sweat in the winter, even in TX. Do you somehow insulate them post plumbing / electrical runs before you close up the walls?
I need that wall space for all my mounts. This is what I want!

How much longer until this one has the polished floors? Additionally- if we wanted the shower to bigger and have no tub is that something you could modify?

They won't tell you, its probably between 420 on low side to 460 plus depending on finishes

We have numerous videos regarding pricing, We will be happy to share approximate pricing for different stages, shoot us a message on our website for more specifics, as you can imagine pricing is greatly affected by your selections and or location! We never share pricing on custom builds for the customers pricing!
Can this be built in Pennsylvania?
It would be helpful to see a picture of the barndo plan at the beginning of the video to help us orient ourselves better. I’m hearing good things about 1845 workmanship. Tnx
