10 traits of a great woman. (With a great man)
About a month ago I did a video about the 10 traits of a good man. I was a bit surprised at the amount of women who after watching that video asked me to do one on the 10 traits of a good woman so I did. This list is just a guideline. No one is perfect. Just like women men don’t require perfection just effort. Love is an action word to me. Sometimes that action is self improvement. These traits can keep a man around long after he’s explored you sexually. With that said
1. Supportive- the best relationships involve two people who support each other. Just as your man is supposed to be your biggest motivator and inspiration you are supposed to be his cheerleader and coach. I’m always shocked at the every man for himself attitude that so many people bring to relationships. You may not always get along or be in a good place but relationships are about actively loving each other despite your differences. There people who covet (as in resentful spiteful graspingness not jealous yearning)their support when they aren’t pleased with their partner. Thats counter intuitive. Sometimes while we still love them, we may not always like our partners. Feeling supported makes us feel loved. Remaining supportive through rough times can save a relationship. Some of y’all ask me how to fix your relationships. Start supporting your man again, like you did when you liked him.
2. Self governed- nothing irritates me more than hearing a woman diminish a mans value and masculinity because of their skewed perception of power. I’ve heard this a lot. “Girl, he wast too weak, I need a man who can handle me” Ladies listen carefully, men don’t want to handle you. They want you to handle you damn self. You’re not a circus animal. The lions at the zoo need handlers and tamers. A grown ass woman should only need an understanding. Great women are self governed. They speak appropriately they act appropriately and they aren’t adversarial. They are good to good men because they have respect not because their man has to constantly put them in check. Good women check they damn self.
3. Balanced (emotionally/logically)- balance is one of the most underrated qualities. You don’t always notice it while it’s present but if you find yourself stressed out about seeing, talking to, or dealing with with partner is usually because they lack balance. Whether it’s balance emotionally, logically, energetically, spiritually, behaviorally or otherwise. Balance is keeps peace. Good women understand that balance will help their man relate to them. It gives them credibility because they aren’t always crying wolf emotionally. With that said it’s hard to be balanced without this next trait.
4. A good woman is introspective. Introspection is probably the rarest quality on this list. Most people can judge and measure the conduct of others but seem to lack the vision required to see themselves honestly. They don’t take responsibility or understand the impact of their actions. They don’t want to be obligated to change anything they discover. Good women are aware of their flaws and seek to understand their weaknesses as much as their strengths. They can self correct and admit their flaws. Taking responsibility in this way helps your partner see you more favorably and humanizes you more during times your relationship is on the rocks. I recently came across your video and totally appreciate the messaging you’re sharing. The qualities highlighted are what women should exhibit, however society haven’t raised men to appreciate those attributes but rather view them as weakness and subservient. As a society and community we must start aligning the the relationship values that’s taught to sexes. It’s only then that the qualities, that you do perfectly explained, will be demonstrated.

You can look back on it and see some red flags and learn from it but you don't know it at the time because if you have a basically trusting nature.

One thing I wanna caution is being careful on the introspection if you struggle with low self esteem (only you know) and dont let it turn into a pessimistic type thing, where all you see is things you need to improve. Love yourself. If you not there, you not ready to love anyone else.
I think the introspective one is a big one..ooohhh especially for a guy. Its hard being introspective with someone who cannot see truth about themselves. But I would add to that being actionable to what you can change. Its one thing to know, its another thing to do.
For me..i need to work on my affection and talking bad(LORD HELP ME) to my lil circle when he (would/my ex) get to tripping. So going forward, no more of that. OO..and that last one hahahahaha..guess I anit ready yet y'all Hahahahahaha

I am not exaggerating, I am all of these things. I am also supportive of other women and not hateful of other women. Security also comes with not throwing shade at other women, or getting an attitude when an attractive woman is near your man. Some of the most balanced women switch up as soon as other beautiful women are around. A good woman also takes care of her body and encourages her man to take care of his. If she is not healthy eating to be healthy fit, then she may become miserable, argumentative, and depressed and insecure.

Self-Introspection has been a blessing and a thorn in my butt but I wouldn't want it any other way. Reflecting on your mistakes, analyzing your self, holding yourself accountable for the actions you took and the decisions you made is empowering, but man the truth hurts lol. This was possibly my strongest attribute on the list. Yet, my husband NEVER says things like, 'he's sorry too', or 'I was wrong, I realize I have an issue with that',etc. When I admit where I'm at fault he always agrees the problem lies within me, and I know it just isn't that way!! I have been with him 18 years and it wasn't always like this. Can a person become narcissistic or are they born that way? But I have been told this so often, I am beginning to doubt myself!!

Some men are never satisfied and always find ways to criticise you or mess up the relationship by starting a fight, where there is nothing to fight about. Your goodness is just a factor that is normal to them. They need all the appreciation in the world without giving it themselves. It wears you out.

Bcus what you offer is not what they want. Most guys not all but enough want easy access with no commitment or responsibility. You my dear require both. Its a gift and a curse bcus life is short and the time in finding a GOOD mate is shorter. Just know your worth and dont settle or entertain the fuckboys at all. They will pass you by but you will have dodged a hollow point bullet. Just continue to work on you and go places where the type of guys you NEED are present. Places like museums educational conventions, self improvement events, volunteer at places where ppl are less fortunate. Fuckboys tend to not be in places like that bcus it requires money time and giving of themselves and they dont do any of the above.

Expecting from each other to be and respect-love-understand themselves, each other and others. These kind of videos trully help me to ground and assure me in my pursue to keep on with exploring myself, balace out and be truly accepting (of both my strenghts and flaws) and meet, new people, friends and a partner to share this with and continue to grow. (I do still have a gut feeling i am to do some work before meeting a longterm partner but it is really encouraging to see it is possible and not only my wish).

I especially liked the "handle yourself/circus animal" comment 😂 I like the way you think, I am happy and proud of you for doing what you do. One of many things I am ment to do is to explain to women how to interact with men, and how to have a good relationship with themselves. Not because I know it all but because of my experinces and my own mistakes. I did not at all know what a healthy relationship is because of my childhood, but God showed me the way and He still is showing the way for me to be able to have a good relationship with myself and others.
