You are the first person that talks about how to be a high value woman not for the sake of drawing men's attention but for the sake of self growth. I really appreciate your content because it teaches us women on how to improve and be the better version of ourselves🙏😊

Omg those videos are all about being half naked, make up and hair and dressing and body ... very superficial and just for men. I once had to call out some channel and say so what if am not physically like what the channel was selling .. does that mean am not feminine or high value?? It's all about self identity first not looks. Once ypu know yourself everything else will align itself. Goodness those channels irk me 🤣🤣

“A high value woman has a story to tell and that story doesn’t disqualify her”. Absolutely. Often we tend to hide our stories because we feel it makes us less than. But owing our stories and writing a new empowering end is powerful 💜

*How you see yourself affects every area of your life!*
This is so so true. If you have low self-esteem that will clearly reflect on the kind of people you surround yourself with, how you eat and how you treat your body, how much money you make.. Everything is tight up to our self-esteem.
Not an easy pill to swallow since it can be extremely challenging to build it. Always working on it.

Be Independent.* THANK YOU for including this. I am very independent, but still appreciate a man who can take care of me. It disgusts me how many men take this word and make it negative towards women, in the sense that it de-values our ability to hold a man or be a good woman all-together. I have learned over time that a STRONG man who is mature and at peace with himself will find an independent woman as a STRONG ally that he deserves, rather than one he can't "control." A woman having independence is so important to her sense of self and values.

god as i am turning 21 in a few weeks im so glad i found your channel. i feel as it was a calling , i have been saying this even before i turned 20 "what am i gonna do?" i was so deep into getting validation and letting others control how my life turned out because i lacked a teacher to show me these. i forever love my mom and other older women in my life, but it sucks to say that they never showed me the way. i grew up having to learn what it was like to be a young girl on my own. not speaking about the generic parental guidance like my mom feeding me, providing me a home and all that. im speaking about becoming a woman and learning about what's it like to be one. these are the type of videos that really get me through and show me all these things. I wanna live out my 20's like i want them to be. one thing i stand by is that this is my reality and whatever i want can be mine if i value it enought.

Yes 💕👏🏼 i am in my twenties and i was so ashamed to move back to my mom's house. And it is stupid, i decided to go back to school and currently in process of learning new things and i am happy for this opportunity that i have. But at the same time i was having hard time to accept that i needed to quit my old job for this opportunity. Sorry for my bad english. What i am trying to say is, i don't know how to be humble for myself as i am for everyone else, taking time for myself has always been hard, even tho i know that it is ok to learn new job that i am so happy about and quit old one. It is a going to be about 5-6 years of studying but it is my dream and has always been. I would be maybe about 29ish when i would be gratuated, and it feels old 😅 it would be super if some of you could remember me and my situation, having this anxiety ... thanks ❤

I am 20 and what I have learnt so far is when our self esteem is low we accept people and things that's fed upon us,we think we deserve nothing more when we are given the bare minimum. But once we start loving ourselves we don't tolerate any behaviour that crosses our boundaries,we don't do things that harm ourselves and won't seek temporary pleasure.Mostly let people do what they want to do,Let them.We can choose to accept or ignore it.
So self love is the best form of love,When we love ourselves we will meet the right People with good mindset, vibration and energy and we don't even have to try hard.
Thankyou for Making such a great video & helping women in becoming their best self ❤❤

Thank you for this video, because I really needed to hear this right now. Especially about a high value woman has a story, but that doesn't disqualify her, because just recently I had two people that I once was close to, try to throw my past up in my face, and make me feel ashamed of it. That's why we're no longer close anymore, because they had their part to play in it too. It worked though, and I did feel ashamed, until I realized that isn't who I am anymore, that I've changed. I also like where you mentioned about fearing, respecting the Lord, because I do. I haven't forgotten what my knees are for, and that's for praying, and the Lord has been there for me when no else was, and will continue to be. I know some people don't believe in him anymore, but I sure do. He led me to this video, and people can laugh, but he knew that I needed to hear it, show He led me to it.

It is a good feeling when you begin to understand yourself also to know how to go on living for yourself and not for people to please them
It is good to understand that you put yourself before anyone who is not considered selfish

Breeny is so eloquent when she speaks! I loved listening to this video so much that it's inspired me to commit to replaying this every day for the next 30 days and checking off one quick thing that I can do to achieve every single point Breeny made. I like that she says that it is okay if we're not 'there' yet, that we have to be realistic along the way and that there is a time and place for all the things we desire; it means we have to enjoy the process before we indulge in the fruit. I really struggle with commitment but, I'm going to try very hard to bring my awareness to this video daily. Every small action adds up, right?!😀

I found your channel on New Years Day and your goal for this year was my exact goal: to level up. I love your vibe, look, and attitude. You are a beautiful woman, I love your advice and your outlook. Thank you so much for all that you do on your channel.
Last night I started to read a Bible gifted to me from a coworker from my last job. I’m trying to connect myself on all different levels. I got this Bible almost a year ago, but I finally opened it and started to read. My aunt had read her Bible start to finish, and I want to do the same. She said it took her over a year but when she finished, she started all over again, and she felt closer to God. Do you recommend any particular passages?

    • @mercymchuma6619

Reading the whole Bible is an excellent idea but I am recommending you and to anyone reading this to find time and read the book of PROVERBS. I just like all its teaching coz they are all applicable and relate alot to our day to day life.
I pray that in every passage(verse) that you read from the bible that it may be a light in your life and that it may answer all your questions and May our GOD HOLY SPIRIT guide you and teach you everything you wish to be Lightened and guided about. AMEN

I am so in love. I've never had a role model until today, this very moment. Everything you've said start to finish-AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!.... the last point 🔥. I've heard about "Proverbs 31 women" but I'm honored actually seeing one in the flesh, it's hard to aspire to something that's in theory. The Lord is using you and it shows -no I'm not a prophet but jus a Christian who was led here. I'm so in love, even the way you speak 🥺 the excellence shines through. May the Lord continue to bless you.

Thank you so much for this. Today is international women's day and we had a hang out with some women and i had friends wishing me happy Women's day whereas i know I'm not yet there. So at the hangout, i was told something that has changed my mindset. And i decided to search and saw this video, thank you so much, it indeed will change me from this little girl thinking to a mindset and aura of a dignifying woman.

Hey Breeny, loved this video. Thanks for sharing your wisdom with us 💖 after watching I realised there are lots of traits I need to work and build on but I'm also proud to say I hold some of these traits already 🥰 Would you be able to do a video on how to stop competing with other women? I'm in a long term relationship and I am happy with my partner, but I still find myself competing with other women for male attention. Its not that I want the other men, I just want to prove that they find me more attractive than others. I don't want to be this way, but I don't know how to stop this behaviour. I find I have never been able to keep a long term friendship with another female as we always end up competing and comparing ourselves to one another and jealousy is a big barrier, we can never genuinely be happy for each others successes. Please help, I want to love other women and appreciate their beauty and not always see them as a threat 🙏💕 God bless you xxx

I personally put the point 13 as point 1 before self love. Because I believe in anything God comes first, and if you love and fear him truthfully then it’s going to make it easier for you to accomplish the rest of the points 😃. Anyway love this so much, I think I’ll be watching this every morning as a gentle reminder of being an excellent woman😊. Waiting for PART 2 Breeny😘
