    It has been very motivating to watch this before my run! You make running this tough route look easy. Training for corners is a wise move because the shock of a sudden turn can result in a meniscus tear.

      We train in all sorts of ways and it helps a lot. My trainer tells me about "Varying the training"

      There are so many benefits but the most important one is you get endurance which is crucial for marathon races (backbone). It will give you overall speed, help build more capillaries, mental strength, strengthen bones,muscles and ligaments etc

    Excellent Lydia.... good kilometers; I would like to ask you about your hydration??? Don't you drink water or any other liquid during training???

      First here is altitude area you dont hydrate quickly. second,running culture here we dont carry water or hydration drinks when we run unless it is intense training and a bike or car on good toads can carry. But i do prepare well prior to this runs . I h hydration well before and after run. These runs are sustainable and less demanding.

      Can u tell me how much house rent to pay near ngong if there is cheap to pay like 1500-2,000?? How about water are there available

      I have no idea about housing. But it all depends on the class or your Budget and you will need to ask yourself when there🙂
