Jokes aside, its really alarming to see the lock picked that fast in the real world on an actual locked door
That's the only way I knew it was not his own Backdoor he was using here, I bet his locks take a significantly more time then about 20sec. to open even by him.
Most common tumbler locks are pretty easy to pop, due to simple designs and subpar manufacturing/machining of the parts.
Really, if this channel has demonstrated anything, though, it is that there is no such thing as a secure lock if the person knows what they are doing.
That's why I set a jar with a wasp's nest in it on a stool propped on my door. Sure, someone may pick the lock and gain entry...but they are in for a *nasty* surprise when they do.
@@QuintarFarenor He mentioned in one of his videos, that he uses a system where there's something akin to a trap at the lock that's really hard to detect, that when triggered some pice of the lock falls and the entire door cannot be opened even with the key and you gotta call a locksmith to take out the lock. He said he locked himself out of his home once with this because he forgot his keys and tried to lock pick his way in.

@@harrisonherbstrith8157 Both of those were colab videos I'm pretty sure. He used a bike spoke to make a spring pick and they discussed if a coat hanger could be used because of a movie scene. It worked. The rifle I think was a part of a video he was in as a consultant where the others were looking at shooting locks but he wasn't with them at the range at any point.
