Haitian Pikliz ( Spicy Pickled Cabbage ) is a favorite of mine and today I am showing you how to make this authentic Haitian dish.

Ingredients:
2 Carrots
1/2 of Cabbage
MSG Sodium (optional)
1/2 Onion
1 Roma tomatoes
8-10 Habanero Peppers
1 Cube of Maggie
Complete Seasoning
1/2 tsp of Salt
1 cup Vinegar
2 Fresh squeezed Lime

Interesting twist as I’ve never seen Pikliz made with added tomatoes. Then I’ve never seen it made w/o sliced bell peppers added.
