A quick and simple way to make Haitian Pikliz
Here’s my recipe!
Ingredients:
Half white cabbage
3 Large carrots
2 bell peppers (1 green/ 1 red)
1 yellow onion
3-5 Scotch bonnet peppers
2 cups white vinegar
3 Sour oranges
2 limes juice (Optional)
1 Maggi cube
1 Tablespoon adobo
1 Teaspoon maggi powder
1/2 sazon
