1/2 Of bell peppers each color ( Red, yellow, green and orange)
1 whole medium-size white onion
1/2 of a medium size cabbage
3 whole carrots
2 Maggie Cubes ( make sure the box is light blue and say hard and crumbly)
1 1/2 cup of white distilled vinegar
1 cup of water
1 whole lime juice( squeeze juice only)
1 tablespoon of seasoning salt
4 Hot peppers (Depending on how spicy your peppers are and how spicy you want it to be)

It can be eaten right away BUT it will taste even better if yo let it sit for a couple of days

Coleslaw is not nasty, it is to you because you do not like it but there are people how loves it. Believe it or not it may have people who don't like piklis as well

camil sims yes the acidic mixture keeps everything from going bad. Just make sure you keep it refrigerated.
