i just bought one of these yesterday (minus sun room), I have fallen in love. You did really good answering several things I forgot to ask my Chevy dealer when I was there. But I don't know if anyone knows that the little rectangular thing is on the front part of the bumper is. Its only on one side and i don't want to mess with it, but i am curious as well.
Just a question, how exactly does L work? I tried using it once and I didn't like the sound the car was making when I came to a stop. I like shifting but since I don't know what I'm doing I don't wanna damage anything.
Basically you can manually shift the transmission. New cars you can't ruin anything because if you get to high in the rev range, the transmission will auto shift up or down. Turns off the auto stop start also
@@johngentile8561 This model doesn't have a manual mode to manually shift. L is just to set a certain gear as the max the computer will shift to whether it be to help with loads or getting out of a tough spot.
You would most likely have to install the kit, if the car came from the factory with a remote start, but your fob doesn’t have the button, then yes you could program a new remote, but odds are you’ll need to install the system
When pushing phone on steering wheel while driving, the phone does not work and it is paired. It works only when stopped. Can I not make calls from wheel, while driving?

Some cars have cut outs that you take off and there is a tow hook that screws into that spot. I know Volkswagen has them but not sure on these

@@_u0nda928, you can use the L gear to bypass the Auto Stop feature. I do it all the time because I don`t like that feature.

You have to do it thought the screen( I think)
Can you disable auto shutoff of the engine?
If you put the car in L6 when you drive and just leave it there, the auto start/stop will not function.
