Thank you for telling the size of the screw heads. Definitely saved me a few minutes of trial and error. Also, when I saw how you took off the dampening rod, I decided to squeeze the end of the post with pliers, and the dampening rod slipped off easily.
Thank you for making this video... i was debating on taking the car to the dealer and have it done. My dad always told me to replace my own filter bc the dealer would screw you over. I was having a hard time trying to figure out where it was ... much appreciated !!
Good job I never even knew one was there till a few oil changes ago n it was black. I’m gonna be attempting my first oil change n filters this week myself. The prices are getting rediculous so this girl isent afraid to get her hands dirty to save a few bucks!

I would also put install date on exposed end of filter, just as a reminder ..
