    I have a 2019 LT front wheel drive model with the 2.0 T engine. I notice you said you’d have to jump up to the AWD option in order to get the 2.0 T.

    This is a great vehicle, drives quiet and transmission shifting is smooth. Even coming from a V8 I found the 1.5L to be adequate for highway merging....this lady has a cool haircut

      does the auto-idle stop feature become bothersome, though?

    • @banjalien

      @@Evocati2008 We have a 16 Malibu as well so I was somewhat used to it before the equinox. It doesn't bother me at all-there are times when I don't want it to engage and there is a way to defeat it. You put the shifter into "L" and move it into 6th gear manually with controller. Now the auto stop won't engage but car still downshifts automatically for you. This is what salesman showed me. Works like a charm. Another thing I've noticed is it's tied to how hard you push the brake somehow. When coming to a stop, If you push the brake lighter it often won't engage the auto stop as much as if you hard brake. There are also parameters that won't engage it, if you are on an incline for instance, auto stop doesn't engage.

      @@Evocati2008 I have a Cruze that has the auto stop/start feature and I love it - it ends up giving amazing fuel economy and it doesn't engage EVERY time that the vehicle comes to a stop. Also Chevy has introduced a button to disengage the auto stop/start feature on some of the 2019 models (Equinox excluded) but a lot of people enjoy the fuel savings and just leave it engaged.

    I own a 2019 Equinox LT with the manual rear hatch release, and I can't seem to find a way to unlock it while I'm in the drivers seat. My 2010 Malibu had a button on the lower drivers door that I simply pressed, plus it also had a button on the remote for this function. However there is no way that I have found to do this on the Equinox, plus the RKE for the Equinox also does not have a button to unlock the rear hatch. Can you please help, if you are able? Thanks!

    To use the nav system, is it pre-loaded, or do you have to use data/subscription?

    • @kmart128
      @kmart128 4 роки тому +1

      Well if you have an Android or Apple phone you dont need a navigation. Can plug your phone in. Go to Android Auto or Apple Carplay. And navigation will be available for free through your phone. Should pop right up on the car screen

    I just bought a 2019 LT Chevy Equinox and mine didn't come with all this. I guess there's different levels of the LT trim?

    Is the kinetic blue metallic colour not going to be available in Canada on the equinox like it is in the USA for the 2019 model?

      Hi Darrel. Unfortunately, the kinetic blue is not available on the 2019 Equinox in Canada at this time. We will certainly ask Chevrolet if it will be coming to Canada.
