I am Chinese, not good at English,but for translation task of this level,I think I am able to finish without too much obvious problem, many Chinese could even do it better, according to this video, Singaporean is at least not as bilingual as I imagined before,I admit their English is awesome, but they don't handle Chinese that well
Speaking language of others fluently does not make you rich, like Indian and Philippines. It's root of Chinese holds Singapore outstanding in the area, not the funny Singalish kinda of fermented English.
