NYC APARTMENT HUNTING // touring 13 manhattan apartments, rent prices, tips (moving to nyc at 33)

Come along on my NYC apartment hunting in Manhattan. This is my first time moving to New York City and also living by myself 😱😱😱. I toured 13 apartments in Manhattan which included studio and one bedroom. In the video, I talk about the NYC apartment hunting process (apartment hunting in Manhattan), difference between peak and off peak season and how it impacts the NYC apartment hunting , income and credit score requirements, supporting documents, my criteria, talk about different neighborhoods, 13 apartment tours in Manhattan and give rating and finally (drum roll pleaseeee) the apartment i picked as my first NYC home.
