Halestorm is just....i don't have words to describe how incredibly they are and Lzzy's voice is phenomenal. If you wanna see how powerful her voice can be i suggest "I Am The Fire" next. And to see a whole different side of her incredible voice do "Familiar Taste of Poison"
I saw them twice last year touring with The Pretty Reckless and The Warning, and she screams through an almost two hour set effortlessly. She's absolutely phenomenal.
You have to show him "Love Bites." Halestorm is still the only band with a female lead singer to win a Grammy for best metal performance, and it was for "Love Bites." And to check out their more mellow side, I go with one worth checking out because the video is great, "Here's to Us."
Lizzy Hale is a BEAST and she has a powerhouse vocal, she’s pure talent personified 🔥🤘🏻🔥🤘🏻🔥🤘🏻 You guys should check out the cover of Separate Ways she did with Chris Daughtry covering Journey. It really does showcase the insane range and versatility both Lizzy and Chris have and I think it’s a BANGER cover Halestorm is amazing live…. Love Bites (but so do I) Another song that is incredible Keep going Eric, they are great!!
She has such a richness, depth, power and so much more in her voice. She's a truly amazing vocalist. I have been watching you guys for awhile, absolutely enjoy you guys reactions, keep rocking 🤟🤘
HaleStorm is incredible my absolute favorite band🖤🖤🖤🖤 I’ve had the privilege to see them live many times. Y’all should definitely do (Do Not Disturb)!!!!
Definitely recommend Love Bites in the Live Room. Really showcases her voice in a raw setting and has both fantastic clean vocals and of course shows off her ridiculous scream
Yes! More Halestorm please. Ive seen them in concert with Evanescence and it was amazing! Both have such strong vocals! Any Halestorm song next is fine by me!!!!!!
I fucking love Halestorm! Awesome to see a reaction to Lzzy, she's amazing! If you guys haven't seen it yet, you gotta check out her song "Break In" with Amy Lee, its one of the most beautiful songs. Love your reactions! 💙
I can not recommend Halestorm live enough. I've seen them 3 times now and each time I fucking cry my eyes out. I've had the pleasure of meeting them twice now and they're always the sweetest, most lovely people on the planet. I told Lzzy her voice is like valkyries riding into battle and she was said it was the sickest compliment (I cried again). I truly can not stress enough how much I adore the songs and the band as a whole. The energy at one of their shows is unmatched. You will leave the venue completely changed and breathless.
The band is tight because they actually like each other. The hang out together off stage. Kyle, you absolutely have to see them live, I've seen them a couple times. The energy they bring on stage is awesome. They felt that was something that was missing from the studio versions and they made a point of trying to bring that live energy when they recorded the last album . Yes , do more Halestorm. In addition to the songs you mentioned, also add I Am the Fire, I Get Off, Familiar Taste of Poison, and that last album title track Back From the Dead.
I'll add Bombshell and Raise Your Horns from the latest album. The live studio of Break In with Amy Lee is also 100% worth a listen. It's a staple when they tour together and it's just gorgeous when their voices blend.
I know I'm late to the party but my vote is for more Halestorm, my favorite Rock Band in this century. Lzzy Hale is a phenom and a star front person, singer, song writer, guitarist and keyboard player and all around entertainer. It takes a lot to get this 68 year old out to concerts in the last decade but I made sure to see them 3 times since 2016, they are always phenomenal and jam like bands in the old days, just a great band, live or studio. Do their Grammy Award Winner, Love Bites, it is a killer video. With 5 albums of originals and 3 EPs of classic rock covers since 2009, they continue to blow me away and give me hope that rock still lives in the 21st century. Rock On! 🎵🎸🎤🎸🎹🎶
All hail queen Lzzy and Halestorm!! "I Am The Fire" was suggested and I second it. I would also recommend "Raise Your Horns" for the "softer" side of Lzzy's talent and showcasing her amazing vocals.
You guys MUST SEE HALESTORM LIVE! I've seen them 3 times and each time was absolutely incredible! Lzzy had the crowd in the palm of her hand and just go see them next time they are in NE ohio!
My wife saw these guys live before they were real big and got to meet them and get their autographs after the show. It was like 2015 and they were the opening band. After them was Flyleaf, Seether then Shinedown. I've always been jealous I missed that show but I did see them at Rockfest the following year. A couple other good ones are A Familiar Taste of Poison and It's Not You(Live version though with vocal intro)
My son saw them live and said they're fantastic live. I'm happy to see them reacted to here. I would definitely love to see more. I Miss the Misery and the newer song Back From the Dead. You guys should also check out The Warning. They're three sisters from Mexico and their music is similar to Halestorm.
Halestorm is amazing live. I've been to a lot of rock shows and they are number 1 live for me. Her voice is so powerful. I saw them last year it was supposed to be with "the pretty reckless" but the date got postponed for weather and TPR couldnt come back. Halestorm did a double set to make up for it. it was fucking awesome
They are one band you really need to see live because they are freaking amazing live. Ive seen them five times and they never disappoint live. And there a very humble band too. Very down to earth and they are super kind and sweet. Check out " I Get Off" and "Familiar taste of poison"
Halestorm is amazing! She's the only vocalist that stopped me in my tracks while starting a show with her belting! I fell in love that very moment about 13 years ago.
Their whole catalogue is amazing, and after seeing them live twice now they are just phenomenal. Lzzy is so knowledgeable about so much in rock, and her passion for music, people and her community she has built is unparalleled. 🤟 fellow freak raising her horns right here! Keep reacting to them, it’s amazing watching more and more people discovering the sheer talent and power of Lzzy and Halestorm.
Dear Daughter is a beautiful showcase of Lzzy's softer side. Her brother Arejay (drums) has been described as what you would get as the love-child between Animal (Muppets) and David Lee Roth - his energy live in concert is something to behold! Lzzy's collaboration with The Hu (Song of Women) is another fantastic one to check out.
I absolutely love that their US tour dates, I get to see every night! They are true artists, no click track, no backing rack, just pure tallent! Sucks that i wont see them until spring next year. Id also say take a look at their newest ones, steeple and back from the dead.
Awesome man, good luck with the next tour and safe travels, always, I will be listening to Halestorm as much as the great rockers of yesteryear, they are my favorite band this century. Rock On!
Awesome man, good luck with the next tour and safe travels, always, I will be listening to Halestorm as much as the great rockers of yesteryear, they are my favorite band this century. Rock On!
Seen Halestorm live 3 times. They opened for Shinedown in 07, 08 and 09. Lzzy is no joke live...I absolutely fell in love at the first show...so the second and third I was there FOR them as well. Still a fan today.
Definitely more Halestorm! You need to find an early live version of "It's Not You". They used to open their shows with it and it was absolutely jaw-dropping.
I highly HIGHLY recommend Halestorm live. I've seen them live 6 times now and every single show is better than the last. Lzzy will leave you absolutely SPEECHLESS on the vocals she hits live.
If you guys do "Love Bites" definitely react to the one they did in the live room (not the acoustic). It's phenomenal! And you can see what they're like live without all the background noise
YES! You're gonna discover Halestorm! (even if it's off camera) The amount of talent that not only Lizzy but the whole band have is phenomenal. Love Bites is definitely a MUST and so much else I can't even think of it all. As another commenter said they are amazing live! Something even Kyle might not be aware of that you could react to together is that Halestorm is known for their covers. ...and I don't mean they all sit around and decided on a part song they all like and try to come up with a good version of... I mean at their concerts they used to ask the audience for a song and then on the spot perform an entirely new version of it that drops jaws. They used to have a UA-cam channel that had a bunch of their awesome covers on it including concert improv and subscriber requests. It makes me want to go back and find them all. 😁
I first discovered Halstorm in like 2004 when they were opening for Seether in a really small, intimate club in Cleveland (shout out to the Odeon, I miss it terribly) and was instantly in love! I've seen them several times since then and they just get better!
Their last album was a total sum of bad ass songs; I really think the song "I am the fire", and "Daughter". BTW; she has been coached for years on vocals by Steve Whiteman of Kix fame. Kix is one of my favorites from the 80's.
My best friend passed when he was 18, I was 19. He was two weeks from graduating high school (a class behind me). He was my absolute platonic soulmate, and A7X was one of our favorite bands. We made music together, and he was a bit of a prodigy guitarist, himself. This song came on the radio the day after it happened, and broke harder than I ever have even since then. God tier song.
They are one of my favorite bands. My favorite is love bites. Hers and Amy Lee's voice sounds so perfect and it's a blend of two bands I absolutely love.
Halestorm is fantastic and Lizzy is phenomenal! Familiar Taste of Poison, I Miss the Misery, Love Bites, Uncomfortable, Do Not Disturb, hell just about anything of theirs is fire. Take the deep path down the rabbit hole.
Amen Live evolved from a 4 minute song into a 10 minute or so epic jam as the studio song morphed into incredible guitar interplay. Saw them do it 3 times live, amazed each time. Search for longer live version on YT, well worth looking for!
I'm from NY, but went to college in York PA. Red Lion is a town not that far away. (where they are from) Once a week this local radio station would play songs sent in by local bands, this was one of them. I'm SOOOO happy they got big.
Love Halestorm and this song. Definitely go see them live, they sound even better live. Definitely do the ones you said and perhaps Wicked Ways or Back from the dead from their latest album (or Do not Disturb just to see Erics reaction to *that* line...).
Halestorn is such a great band, went to see them in concert and it was amazing! Another group you should check out is The Warning they are another amazing band!
Saw them live and she sounds freakin awesome. She's my one girl crush... she's kick azz. Theres a long list of songs you should react to....so so many. 🤣
Honestly one of my favourite bands of all time. Even have a Halestorm tattoo. I’d be interested to see what they think of their slower more melodic stuff.
I've seen them a handful of times with the first in 2006 and last in 2021...simply A++ shows every single time. Definitely need to watch some live videos to watch Arejay on the drums 😂
She had done a cover live on a satellite radio show it was a country song girl crush check it out it's acoustic but it shows how good her singing voice is too.
I saw them in Baton Rouge and her mic stopped working her voice was so powerful you could hear her loud and clear over the instruments and i was almost at the top
Some tunes to add to the list. I am the Fire, Back From the Dead, Familiar Taste of Poison. First two are heavy and super heavy, the last is a gorgeous slower song. Thanks for doing this band.
I hear this amazing Voice as Support Band for Theory 10 Years ago and it was a sweet Club Location and suddenly in the dark you hear this Voice singing the First Words of Famiiare Taste of Poisen (you can check this out too) and it blows me away After there Set i was standing there und ask my Boyfriend why we are here oh yes we want to see Theroy So i forgott that this Band was not the reason why we where there It was soooo amazing
Halestorm has that vibe of an Old School style with a modern spark. Very unique. Also, I'm on the Discord & I commented in a topic related to metal & hip hop/rap combination on the *Podcast Suggestions* of albums & songs that has a mix of the 2. Your choice of reacting to them off camera or on. They should interest you guys.
Nothing can prepare you for hearing Lzzy sing in person, I've seen Halestorm 4 times and I get goosebumps everytime I have "felt" her singing
Going to Montreal just to see Lzzy with Amy.
Halestorm is just....i don't have words to describe how incredibly they are and Lzzy's voice is phenomenal. If you wanna see how powerful her voice can be i suggest "I Am The Fire" next. And to see a whole different side of her incredible voice do "Familiar Taste of Poison"
These would have been my exact two suggestions!
DITTO!
great music love it she is a shit person though
The live version of Familiar Taste of Poison from the Tonight show is Great!
Totally agree with this suggestion. I would also suggest "Here's to Us" ...just for fun and "Song of Women" by The Hu ft. Lzzy Hale..
I saw them twice last year touring with The Pretty Reckless and The Warning, and she screams through an almost two hour set effortlessly. She's absolutely phenomenal.
I went to one of those shows, it was so good, sadly we didn't get to see the pretty reckless as she had covid but it was still amazing!

I love her voice!! Glad you enjoyed it. She said she was blown away when she saw a front woman of a band and her dad told her she could do it, too.
Lzzy Hale is just amazing! I've followed Halestorm since the beginning and haven't seen them live yet!!! love them!!! 💜🖤🎶🤘
I got to see Halestorm live with my mom and when they closed with Here’s to Us we were both crying. They’re so insane live
Halestorm blew my mind when I saw them live! She truly is an amazing singer.

"I am the fire" her voice in that song just... amazing
One of my absolute favorite bands. I adore her. Lzzy also did a song with The Hu, and many, many, many more artists and groups.
“In your room” will rock you to the core considering how you reacted to the new Blink-182 track
I first discovered Halstorm in like 2004 when they were opening for Seether in a really small, intimate club in Cleveland (shout out to the Odeon, I miss it terribly) and was instantly in love! I've seen them several times since then and they just get better!

One of my favorites is the video to "I Am the Fire". That voice!! And handles that instrument like a total boss.
I’ve seen them 7-8 times from the beginning of their career up till now, and I can tell you that I still haven’t seen them enough
They are one of my favorite bands. My favorite is love bites. Hers and Amy Lee's voice sounds so perfect and it's a blend of two bands I absolutely love.
I saw them in a smallish concert in Melbourne, Australia. It was fantastic, especially because I never expected them to perform over here.
Saw her live at the arizona state fair. One of the best parts was when it was just her and a keyboard doing I'll always love you.
Woo! Halestorm! You should definitely check out Love Bites at some point.
I've seen Halestorm live twice and both shows were phenomenal! Eric definitely needs to check out more.
Halestorm is fantastic and Lizzy is phenomenal! Familiar Taste of Poison, I Miss the Misery, Love Bites, Uncomfortable, Do Not Disturb, hell just about anything of theirs is fire. Take the deep path down the rabbit hole.
YES! More Halestorm, please. Glad you guys are enjoying their stuff. Kyle, take Eric down, the rabbit hole!
More Halestorm, please! I love everything about this band!
If you guys want a newer song from them to ever react to, ‘Amen’ is a great one. They are also amazing in concert! Lzzy is a beast on stage!! 🤘🏻

Halestorm are an excellent, good quality band. Proper rock n roll! 😊
Lzzy is awesome! Such a powerhouse. Please do more!
HALESTORM!! Gotta check out mayhem, I'am the fire and miss the misery!!
Eric definitely needs to listen to "Do Not Disturb" after this one, preferably as a reaction ;) Lots of other good options as well for Halestorm :)
They are fantastic live! Also check out the cover of We Will Rock You that Maria Brink, Taylor Momsen and Lzzy Hale did.
Halestorm...yes please
Lzzy!!! Anything from Lzzy is 🔥
I've seen them a handful of times with the first in 2006 and last in 2021...simply A++ shows every single time.
Definitely need to watch some live videos to watch Arejay on the drums 😂
Halestorm is amazing! Add "Break In" to that list if you want to see Lzzy's softer side.
My first song was Wicked Ways and I got hooked from there. I listened to them when i was getting my root canal.
She had done a cover live on a satellite radio show it was a country song girl crush check it out it's acoustic but it shows how good her singing voice is too.
You wouldn't believe it but live they actually have a heavier sound. 10/10 would recommend seeing them if you ever get the chance!!!
Always watch live music from Halestorm.
"Wicked Ways" is a more modern banger by Halestorm. You guys would love it. ❤️
Definitely recommend a Hallstrom live show, saw them a couple years back with in this moment and it was an awesome awesome show
I've seen the live and highly recommend. They were amazing
I saw them in Baton Rouge and her mic stopped working her voice was so powerful you could hear her loud and clear over the instruments and i was almost at the top
Halestorm also did a Bad Romance cover which is absolutely fantastic
Yes, please more Halestorm!
Some tunes to add to the list. I am the Fire, Back From the Dead, Familiar Taste of Poison. First two are heavy and super heavy, the last is a gorgeous slower song. Thanks for doing this band.
I was lucky enough to see her live right before COVID hit and she is awesome
Gush gush gush! Do more Lzzy please!
Halestorm is awesome really hope you guys do more.

Halestorm is incredible live! If you have a chance to go see them it's 100% worth it. Please react to 'Here's to us' and 'I miss the misery' ❤
