We resorted to this diet after viewing a youtuber BRC. All in our family were having about a kg of mixed fruits each in breakfast alongwith a 300ml cup of sugared coffee. Raw fruits and unrefined organic sugar - we thought we are the luckiest. But instead of losing weight, we gained, that too as a tyre around the waist. Now whole picture has become clear and from tomorrow we are completely overhauling our diet. Thanks once again from core of my heart !

Infact I have one Banana first thing in the morning then at breakfast have papaya (in the morning )and an apple at 5 pm everyday.No Wheat rice n maida . I live on millets and mung dhal twice a month only. I am 72 yrs old .please throw some light on this. As of now I do not have any BP or Diabetes etc . Whatever you said that i good and informative but fruits has its own advantages like vitamins, fibers etc which have other benefits to body, so as you said frutcose must be consumed from physical exercise then it is fine.

Fruits Fructose is not desirable, But how do we get them natural Vitamins. Only way out is eat all natural plant foods in reasonable quantities, do regular exercises, make your lifestyle integrated with hardworking and care for your Liver . Do not eat this , do not do that, instead follow all natural means in association with which your body has evolved over last one lakh years. Don't get stressed too much with too much analysis. You can definitely live for 85 to 90 years by consuming all natural things. 🌹🙏🙏
