    Thank you very much Doctor, for your explicit explanation about fruits.It has shattered my myth of being amongst the most privileged people who eat only fruits in Breakfast. We resorted to this diet after viewing a youtuber BRC. All in our family were having about a kg of mixed fruits each in breakfast alongwith a 300ml cup of sugared coffee. Raw fruits and unrefined organic sugar - we thought we are the luckiest.
    But instead of losing weight, we gained, that too as a tyre around the waist.
    Now whole picture has become clear and from tomorrow we are completely overhauling our diet.
    Thanks once again from core of my heart !

    Dr साहब शायद आप ठीक कह रहे हैं ,चुकी मैने भी कई बार आजमा कर देखा है कि मिठाई और चीनी छोड़ने के बाद सिर्फ अमरूद और सेब खाने से मेरा डाइबिटीज बढ़ रहा था और 15 से 20 दिन के अंदर ही 300 शुगर बढ़ा था और जब मैंने सारे फल और चावल खाना छोड़ा तो चार दिन में ही शुगर घट कर 238 पर आ गया ।

    Doctor something is very confusing.
    You said fructose will mean liver will have to work more.
    But in liver diseases (jaundice) it is recommended to eat maximum sugarcane in order to heal the liver!

      Fructos is injurious for liver health as it leads to fatty liver and other visceral fats. In that way, it is even more injurious than normal sugar. Especially when taken in night, it is directly deposited on organs after age of 40. To eat fruits is healthy when our overall carbohydrate intake is less and if eaten in daytime. In nighttime, fruits is not healthy. In our culture, we have habit of taking fruits with Roti or paratha which is not at all healthy, this only leads to high incidents of diabetes fatty liver central obesity and heart disease in India .

      If your calorie intake exceed your requirement then whether you take fat, protein, carbs in excess in any form will be detrimental, if you maintain balance of macronutrient within your calorie range even fruit will be used for energy production instead converting in fat or uric acid

    Under one percent of ingested fructose is directly converted to plasma triglyceride. 29% - 54% of fructose is converted in liver to glucose, and about a quarter of fructose is converted to lactate. 15% - 18% is converted to glycogen. Glucose and lactate are then used normally as energy to fuel cells all over the body.

    Nice explanation of metabolic pathway how fructose is stored as a triglycerides(Fats) in body and
    here ,You have clearly explained about Glucose,Fructose and triglycerides(Fats) and how body use those form of sugar according to persons lifestyle ( Daily Routine )and how creat the metabolic diseases .

    Since my childhood days the emphasis was on fruits .
    Infact I have one Banana first thing in the morning then at breakfast have papaya (in the morning )and an apple at 5 pm everyday.No
    Wheat rice n maida .
    I live on millets and mung dhal twice a month only.
    I am 72 yrs old .please throw some light on this.
    As of now I do not have any BP or Diabetes etc .
    You have shaken my belief in fruits always believed I was eating healthy but am questioning myself now after seeing your video …thanks stay blessed .

      Sir, nothing in the medicine is absolute. If your diet has not caused diabetes and hypertension so far, then it's very likely that your microbiota is healthier than other's. Do watch my video made on gut heath

    Docter Shab i do only fruit break fast last 4 years even wife and kids too no issue to any body
    I feel fruit is best food some times i consume 3-4 mango in brake-fast my hba1c is 5.1 last Sunday i checked
    We don’t consume sugar at all but fruit bhar bhar ke khaten hain

    You are making very good videos on health education.
    If person have bmi 22, eats whole food plant based healthy diet twice in a day - lunch and dinner. This person is not eating sugar, no maida, no fried food, no processed packet food.
    This person daily eats only fresh fruits at 11 A. M. as breakfast.
    What amount of fruits can be consumed by this person? Please give your opinion.

    Many videos advice on consuming fruits for diabetics. One doctor even advices to consume a kg of fruits. But no doctor or nutrition experts take into consideration a diabetic either on insulin or on other diabetes medicines. A confirmed diabetic will definitely be on some medicines to control sugar absorption regularly. So, taking fruits along with his/her regular diet and medicines may have different effects.

    I wantes to skip dinner then i felt hungry and ate one pomegranate, then i ate two small banana and one mango. Then i got recommendation of this video

      Fructos is injurious for liver health as it leads to fatty liver and other visceral fats. In that way, it is even more injurious than normal sugar. Especially when taken in night, it is directly deposited on organs after age of 40. To eat fruits is healthy when our overall carbohydrate intake is less and if eaten in daytime. In nighttime, fruits is not healthy. In our culture, we have habit of taking fruits with Roti or paratha which is not at all healthy, this only leads to high incidents of diabetes fatty liver central obesity and heart disease in India .

    Whatever you said that i good and informative but fruits has its own advantages like vitamins, fibers etc which have other benefits to body, so as you said frutcose must be consumed from physical exercise then it is fine.

    Fruits Fructose is not desirable, But how do we get them natural Vitamins. Only way out is eat all natural plant foods in reasonable quantities, do regular exercises, make your lifestyle integrated with hardworking and care for your Liver . Do not eat this , do not do that, instead follow all natural means in association with which your body has evolved over last one lakh years. Don't get stressed too much with too much analysis. You can definitely live for 85 to 90 years by consuming all natural things. 🌹🙏🙏
