Wadhwani Ji: Thank you. Some more tips on the top of what you suggested. 1) Sleep well. Do not cut down on sleep just because you have so much to do. 2) There is difference between loneliness and aloneness. Spiritual elevation is faster when you are in Ekant ( Ek me hi ant). Enjoy aloneness. Shri Krishna also stressed on "A-rati- Jan- Sansadi" 3) Keep smiling and keep cracking jokes at every juncture of life. Existence offers opportunity to crack jokes at every moment. Shamelessly crack jokes on others as well as on your own self. 4) Go beyond smiling. Laugh aloud even if people do not like it. Laughter is the best medicine and also one of the very effective technique of meditation. Laugh so totally that the person laughing ceases to be and only the laughter remains. 5) Sing even if you don't know singing. Submerge your self in singing. Be a music lover 6) Dance even if you do not know good dancing. Do kirtan in a way that it becomes your dhyan. As Osho put it" Dance so totally that the dancer ceases to be and only the dance remains 7) When alone, enter into your own "Maun" /Silence and Dhyan 8) Learn new things like painting, drawing, playing an instrument etc. 9) Play with children. Become a child, radiate innocence.10) Submerge into esoteric things like Bhagvad Gita, Shrimad Bhagwat etc. Find music in the words of enlightened masters like Adi Shankaracharya, Raman Maharshi, Ramkrishana Paramhans and Osho
Excellent knowledge vv thanks Dr sahib angioplasty 6 year back aspirin 75 od and rousavastin 5mg eod no problem good excecise capacity can angi pt live 100 year?
Grand mother of my wife lived upto 116 years. The secrets she told were to 1. Have active life walking a lot 2. Eat simple food staying away from market food 3. Eat variety of vegetables and fruits 4. Satisfied with what we have in life. 5. Have good relationship with family and relatives 6. No smoking 7. Waking up early in morning.
Again a very good advice and tips to live a long life. I think most of the people would like to be a centanarian. I am 75, diabetic, cardiac problems and a regular smoker. I exercise, walk 3 km a day almost daily and maintain my BMI at normal levels and of course take regular medicines. I think the number one requirement for longevity is money. We have a population of 40% below poverty line, next 50% struggling to make both ends meet and the rest can hope to live to 100. Meaning, your advice will be taken seriously by just 10% of our population. Very rough estimates but it can be the real picture. But, I think, those living a carefree slam-bang-damn lives, taking all the risks and die before becoming old men and women, are lucky ones to have avoided all the miseries of being old.
Sir I m in Army and serving as an officer. Present Designation is Lt Colonel. I have seen your almost all the videos and very motivating. The way you inspire is wonderful and being in the profession of arms and fitness still I have been benefited by your videos. Sir you will definitely live 100+ and I consider you as my good friend due to your positive and simple attitude....hats off to you and salute.....
Jai Hind sir!! I had an uncle who retired from the Indian Air Force. He was in very good physical health due to the discipline inculcated in him during the service years. Every day he would be up at 4 am and do his fitness routine. He was busy doing what he loved - teaching.. he worked in a college and conducted free tuition classes for students in the air force colony where he lived. He also taught musical instruments to his music students. Once he had a fall in the bathroom and his leg had to be operated upon. He was bed ridden for a few weeks. After that he slowly started losing his cognition, up to a point that he could not recognise his own daughter who lived nearby. He could recognise his son with whom he was living. Eventually it became very difficult for everyone as he would want to go out for a walk at all hours. He would get lost in the colony where he had lived for 25 years after retirement. Although he didn't have any physical ailments such as BP and diabetes that are common among senior citizens, his loss of cognition robbed him of quality of life. Even though he lived up to 90, the final years were miserable for him and those around him, even though he led a very clean life (no alcohol, no smoking). The point is, having a purpose in life may increase the lifespan, but quality of life is not guaranteed. Actually, both lifespan and quality of life are according to the prarabdha. But since we don't know what it is, we have to keep trying to lead a clean and healthy lifestyle.
You don't apply much brain. You are being dogmatic. You can't have end stage liver disease and be adhyaatmik too. Physical health is a pre cursor to any health.
Namaste Dr Sahab - Thx a lot for the fantastic service you are doing for the society 🙏. One request - In your future videos, can you plz cover the role of vitamins for overall health - specifically, vitamin D / K2 - calcium absorption, bone health etc. Thx for your guidance, Namaskar !

One has to maintain his/her health on his/proper thinking There are many ways and means to think seriously on this topic. Basically what is good for good health and long life one has to use his/ her calibration. That's all.

Luck is an important element often missing while discussing about longevity and not just limited to our lifestyle . It's something beyond mainstream medical science and requires Metaphysical dimensions to add up to give complete views. It's simple to summarise, the more one is connected with mother Nature the longer the life he/she will live in general.
@cardiacsecondopinion2880 it's about abundance of resources and management and superior quality of foods, water , air, knowledge and service are some primary factors for longevity I think, Thank you.

A person should be Mentally as well as Spiritually healthy
This is the definition of health ❤
If you aren't physically healthy, you can't be neither.
@vishalsinghrana9440 A person should be Spiritually (aadhyatmic ) healthy then only he can be called as healthy
You don't apply much brain. You are being dogmatic. You can't have end stage liver disease and be adhyaatmik too. Physical health is a pre cursor to any health.
