I couldnt agree more.
Weve been OG for 13 years and bought 35 acres of heavily wooded raw land in Saguache County CO in 2018 just before the "craziness".
The financial freedom is also amazing and most of my paychecks end up getting saved. We have no debt, pay cash for everything and almost have our land paid for already.
Its a little more work for heat and water but its well worth it and the space to garden, have a camp fire or shoot guns is worth it in itself.
Do you have any gold mining in that area? AZ still has alot of good gold.

I have done gold mining in AZ! But your lumber is much more valuable. Talk about a precious resource. Sounds like you bought your property at the perfect time. Hard to time the best entry point. So glad you are off grid and loving it!

I Don't trust the system. I presently don't invest a dime, since I sold All my stocks. There is a Big Storm coming soon. I keep a minivan, camping equip., Food/water, cash & savings, while being debt free, with a retirement income while living on a Farm in Pa. presently. I paid off all my CC yrs ago, only keep 1 now with $0 bal. Please prepare Everyone. Keep Safe !
