The nice thing about silver is, the more you handle it the better it looks. Using it and holding it will actually prevent the tarnish from building up. I have a silver bottle opener. If it sits it tarnishes but it doesn't sit. I've used it a lot and it looks better because of it.
Just ordered one on E-bay used the make an offer option. Was $226 offered and paid $210 for the Armor sterling high polish #26. Ordered a 1941 rep in sterling Satin Finish #24 also offered and paid $152. Now the wait for them to arrive. I hate the wait.
In order to replace it with a never used 1990s flat stock insert , the new one has a bump on it and didn’t want the silver wearing away over years of use

At that price you can get a decent used Dunhill Rollagas that was made in Switzerland and looks classy as hell, but to each their own.
Are the insert also silver or regular steel ?
It would be really nice to get the weight of the solid sterling armor zippo as I can't seem to find that information anywhere.
