Wow that was absolutely brilliant. Really enjoyed watching and learning from you. I'm very new to Chalk paint but watching this I might give this a go. Thank you.
Yet another great video. Thank you for all of your tips! I not only enjoy your talent and projects, but also your accent! I am from the US and don’t hear that accent over here.
I am watching this video for the third time and for some reason :D i find it very very calming and such a good energy. And the piece and that combination is so simple yet so atractive and beautiful.
Love the honesty of your videos where we can see the true reality of using various mediums 🎨🖌This was a great way to see the new Annie Sloan decoupage papers thanks Johathon🎄🎄🎄🎄
You have helped me solve the conundrum of what to do with our dark, massive buffet. Inspired by the AS paper you used, and the Gustavian treatment you gave to your buffet in another video. Thank you.
Great video! Interesting decoupage tutorial. Let me just say that you look beautifully groomed for any time, never mind the middle of a Covid pandemic.
Beautiful paper and as always, such a great step by step. Merriest of Christmases to you and Mr. M. Know this season is especially hard without your Mum. ❤
Gosh yeah that would’ve been interesting must cover off next time it was relatively easy the paper was quite supple so I just teased away whilst it was wet if I make sense
Lovely outcome! I love the work you do. Sometimes I don’t have the time to watch the video and would just like a short overview. I wonder if you would consider doing two videos of the same project - the full version and a shorter overview for those who may not yet be committed to watching the whole thing? You could link these videos with each other so the user could switch over if they want to. Anyway, just a thought - I’m just a novice UA-camr.😊
Absolutely, that’s a great way of using this particular paper then you can stretch out your pattern to where you want it I would say go for it just needs a lot of patience when it comes to cutting out 😊😊
I never would have thought of putting the dark wax over that paper. I thought you were nuts when you did it. But......of course you weren't nuts. The final product was perfect. What made you think of using dark wax?
Thank you so much there will be things that you will have seen me do before in this tutorial but I’ve got to say and his paper most definitely is different to the others so it is worth a watch 😊
Me gustan muchos tus videos pero no entiendo lo que dises por estar en ingles abria alguna forma poder traducir al español ...para poder saver que colores usas barnisez o si es pintura ala tiza ....gracias y saludos desde chile...

Your videos are full of teachable moments! Thank you.
Yet another great video. Thank you for all of your tips! I not only enjoy your talent and projects, but also your accent! I am from the US and don’t hear that accent over here.

@@JonathonMarcMendesPaintedLove Hahhahaa, yes why not art therapy is the best
Very nice! I'd wouldn't have guessed how nicely the color, the paper, the wax, the knobs would go together! Lovely! 🥸

Ficou lindíssimo! 🥰

Loved tutorial Jonathon just lovely xxx. I do wish you had shown how to decoupage around planter handle. Other than that A* loved it xx
Gosh yeah that would’ve been interesting must cover off next time it was relatively easy the paper was quite supple so I just teased away whilst it was wet if I make sense
You can use a fine sanding block to trim the excess paper off the sides. Works fantastic!
FELICITACIONES!!! increíble el trabajo que haces!!!
I like the urn and the black wax on the cupboard, excellent, gives an old look to it. Thank you.
Thank you so much🙏😊😊😊
wow🎨🖌
Absolutely gorgeous! I know you mentioned that the paint was gray but I see a beautiful sage green.
Chateau grey is a bad name for the color. It’s more a pretty safe green
Marvelous, you made it like it was born that way!!!
Thank you so much and thank you for watching 😊🙏
Muy bonito 😍
Love the leaves. A bit different!

I love this! You keep mentioning lacquer. What product are you referring to? Thanks
Looks really good I love the mint paper on my screen your gray paint looks kind of a greenish color sort of a sage green?
Yes the paint has a green hue to it the name of it is Château grey By Annie Sloan
Gorgeous
Great video! I'm with you on the botanicals. I'm new to this. Can you cut the indivudual pieces out or do you have to "walllpaper" them on? Thanks
Absolutely, that’s a great way of using this particular paper then you can stretch out your pattern to where you want it I would say go for it just needs a lot of patience when it comes to cutting out 😊😊
Your house is so cute. A lot of great character. Do you have a house your video?
I never would have thought of putting the dark wax over that paper. I thought you were nuts when you did it. But......of course you weren't nuts. The final product was perfect. What made you think of using dark wax?
Hi, Can you tell me what the name of the two brushes you’re using for applying decoupage? I didn’t quite catch it and it’s not listed. Thanks.
The two brushes that I used a posh chalk interior brushes. I think they’re called a palm brush. .
First one here…and hit the like button before I even watch!!!!!
Thank you so much there will be things that you will have seen me do before in this tutorial but I’ve got to say and his paper most definitely is different to the others so it is worth a watch 😊
I’m watching…had to pause as my fur baby was kicking up a fuss outside. He must have seen a deer.
She’s a beauty
😊😊😊😊 thank you
Jonathan did you paint your kitchen counter top..or it is natural marble …just wandering 😚
Chateau gray is my favorite color
Beautiful , where can I purchase the paper?
Hey, will the paper not tear in the future? Do we have to take extra care?
No, it’s pretty good you just have to give it a topcoat with the decoupage medium and then the paper will harden all the way through
@@JonathonMarcMendesPaintedLove can we use it as a wallpaper?
Did you add a coat of clear wax on the grey part or matt lacquer ?
😊👍super!
Can you paints walls in Annie Sloan paint. Does she have a paint for walls?
So, did you like Annie Sloans decoupage medium better than the regular decoupage glue?
💖
The Reclaimed Heirloom uses crumbled up clear wrap to smooth out papers without tearing them.
