- It took some doing, but I figured out a solution to my 1993 Cadillac DeVille Trunk Pull Down Motor issue. It wasn't the motor, and it wasn't the switch... a little old-school ingenuity solved this issue for free.

Awesome video brother! Thanks for the info. I just ended up unhooking everything and getting the latch up just enough to close my trunk. That was years ago but now i think I will take another look after looking at this video. 👍👍

That's why I filmed it... glad it helped. I did change it to a couple of wire ties because the metal of the hose clamp seemed to get in the way.
I could not find the switch available. But Amazon has the motor with the switch attached.
