DPI is for print. It stands for "dots per inch" and determines how the pixel dimensions are converted to inches (or millimeters). So if you are painting for digital only, you don't have to worry about DPI. Otherwise if you are going to print your work you should also know the dimensions of the print in inch/mm and then, yes, 300 dpi is the way to go.

The ipad 9th gen is cheaper than the ipad pros and its basically just as functional and the pen is cheaper. You can just google it and press shopping and it will show you where you can buy it

Whenever I draw a circle, the thickness is not the same. Need a lot of precision with the pressure. Can we make it less pressure sensitive?
Yep! It the brush settings under properties, you can make the minimum and maximum sizes the same and it should work for that
