How often is it safe to have microneedling done?
Such a great question! If you’re cleared to get microneedling, then it is typically safe to have a session every 4-6weeks. Be sure to let your practitioner know if anything changes in between sessions. Nano needling, cosmetic acupuncture, facial guasha and facial cupping are all options that can be done more frequently in between microneedling sessions.
