    For somebody new to micro needling this video is incredibly comprehensive video and invaluable, thank you Penny. You pretty much covered all the questions and concerns that I personally had about the skin's post needling process. I completely agree with your suggestion of waiting a week to apply Vitamin A, form personal experience I believe your skin needs complete and utter nourishment after the procedure. Love your makeup in this video.

    Hi Penny, another FANTASTIC video which I feel has improved my knowledge base. I have used my Dr. Pen M8 at .5mm and did not need any numbing, nor did I get ANY pinpoint bleeding or redness, although I did get some overall erythema (red/pinkness). What depth were you microneedling at in this video that included your recovery days? I noticed someone else asked the same thing. I want to up to .75mm, but I'm a little nervous.

    Have you ever tried fresh aloe? And how long should we really wait before "capping" the inflammation?
    When I've done it with a derma pen I got the best results using only water for glide.
    I always do it at night just before bed and don't rinse off anything. I believe the slight bleeding/clotting after the micro damage to be beneficial towards our bodies natural healing process..
    I apply fresh aloe the next morning after showering using no cleanser on the face.
    I may in future try high frequency straight after needles for it's antibacterial benefits. Any thoughts?

    Hi there!! You might’ve mentioned this but is this after you’ve medical micro needled? Or is this after any type of needle session? Also, do you always wait 20 minutes after you’ve applied green tea toner to led or is that only after you’ve needled? Thank you! Your videos have saved my skin!!! Can’t thank you enough for all the info you share!!! ❤️❤️

    Love your videos Penny and you look amazing! I derma roll and when I want my monthly session I use my derma pen and I used to put kiwi seeds like you recommended and loved it but like you said it’s hard to find the brand you suggested but bought some other brand and I am afraid to use it for some reason ...the reason is because all I hear is all these products that I have never in my life used BUT I was wondering if vegan oils , good vegan oils for fave of corse are good for the skin after my session ? If not what is the best oil or face cream that I can put on my face that is findable and affordable? Thank you , hope you reply as I am on a budget for creams and oils and have to educate myself with all you mentioned lol ...but it would be nice to have options as for cream and oils that are affordable in between the expensive oils and cream ! Thank you Penny 💜...is elf skin care good side it’s vegan and no chemicals? They have serums all vegan with hydro acid ?

    Hi Penny, I am going on week 3. I followed you to a tee but my cheek took awhile to heal. I think I am over the hump now the inflammation has gone down and my cheeks are not itching or red. The last 4 days I have been doing only snail and bee mask and this has helped up my cheeks. I find this Excellent experience. My three small lines are gone. My skin is very bright. When I look closer I see a lot of my skin did peel. I have aways to go. By next week week four I will be completely healed up. I thought it would of been a few days but for me it is taking weeks. Thank you for this video.

      Hi there:)
      That is quite a long time!
      I would stretch the timeframe and allow more healing before you repeat the process. I’d also dial it down a touch on your cheeks if that’s the area that was aggravated for weeks.
      I’m so happy you’re seeing good results but I hate for you to have to go through that much down time! 💜

    First of all, I am very glad I found your channel. I think you are great, very skillful and you are very beautiful in a natural way. I do not care if procedures have been done, simply because you look great and natural. Enough said :) secondly, I would like to know if you thing one should microneedle at home trying 0.5mm. I have good skin, very little wrinkles and I have been doing the 0.25mm for some years (even if I have been taking a summerbreak now). Do I dare to try? I am also amping up my retanol to 0.5% - I have been using 0.025 for 6 months. Take care, greetings from Sweden

      @Luis Fernando Corrales Ramirez I have the Dr. Pen M8, and I love it! (although reading the needle depth is RIDICULOUS, the writing is SO small, have your glasses on hand, haha).

    • @pamorama
      @pamorama 3 роки тому

      @Luis Fernando Corrales Ramirez I definitely defer to Penny on this one, but in theory either one will do the job. For scarring the needle depth is what matters, and both of these tools have the same options in needle depth, and you can usually buy cartridges with different needle amounts (i.e. 12 needles, 16 needles, 24, etc.). I really like the A7 that she recommends here, and I think if I were to choose again, that's the one I would go with. I feel microneedling is a game changer, be patient and best of luck to you!

    • @pamorama
      @pamorama 3 роки тому

      @Luis Fernando Corrales Ramirez Well, if you wanted cordless, than go for the M8, like I said, I really love mine. I do have some trouble reading the needle depth on the spool, but that's just me, I have terrible eyesight. :-)

    This is the 5th vid of yours I've watched since I heard about your channel yesterday. Took notes, all ready to order everything. The only thing I'm going to do different from what you suggest is use an incandescent infra red lamp, LED is really high in EMF's which I'm really sensitive to, the incandescent is inexpensive and healthier and just as effective. When I say inexpensive, I mean $7 a bulb, lol. Also, if you happen to read this, love to hear your thoughts on black seed oil for topical use: it's really high in antioxidants and is anti-inflammatory. I've been using it with Retin A for months. Thank you SO SO much for all your info. You are doing your sisters a great service and I'm sure everyone who watches and applies what you suggest thanks you! God bless!

      You need to wait at least 48 hours if you’re doing cosmetic microneedling (less than 0.5mm) before using retinoids. For 0.5mm and deeer you should follow her regimen, the link is in the video description.
