Coach not for nothing the fat melts off my stomach and my 8 pack pops out this is EXHAUSTING. Wow great training advice as usual. We are blessed to have you in da corner. You can shadow like that as well Wow crazy
Man, I tried this today and it was crazy. I can see how it helps with stamina. I was able to go up to 4 punches every 3 seconds and my shirt was drenched! Definitely gonna try and go higher.
Another observation is that when the place of training is very well ventilated with air current, breathinf comes more easy when comitting to a sustained rhythmic work
Another drill i found to be effective is to work out like Mayweather, he hit soft and with proper form and does not stop, just like a cardio, and every ten seconds or so he throws one or to hard punch, Floyd can go on like that for like an hour
I love that drill! I actually talk about it in one of my older videos here: ua-cam.com/video/p2Q2R6KTDHM/v-deo.html and in my heavy bag drills video as well.
@@BrawlBrosBoxing thats awesome, i think igs highly efficient, for developing a sort of playful ease with combinations, rather than independent strikes !! Thanks a lot for sharing the other video i will check it out ! Kudos, love this channel its great that we can interactive on it
The voice is not synced with video. Anyway, it seems pretty serious drill for cardio boxing. WIll give it a go with 5x3min round for start, with 5 hits between every 3 seconds in the last round as indicated the 5th round, And i will come back with my impressions on this drills...

For sure! But you gotta be ready to fight where air current isn’t great as well.
