Mayweather Offense, Floyd's Offensive Ticks
Hello my brother I've been starting your program for a week, and yesterday I finished 450 push-ups in 25 minutes. Of course, in precise posture! I have a question. This program is quite intensive training, do you eat before training? For example, oatmeal porridge 3 hours ago!😅 question#2 Do I take a break from doing 20 sets of push-ups and before proceeding with the next pull-up, or do I continue with it?😮 I'll be waiting for your answer. Thank you!
Flexibility is what i found to be the most useful and adaptable adition for fighting tall. The ability to transition between a distanced height and close that distance and fight on a shorter level is excellent for mixing up combonations. Most shorter fighters are expecting a tall fighter to use the advantages said taller guy has access too...be comfortable in all situations and focus on the fundamentals. I myself have relatively flat feet as a 6ft3 gentoeman but the abilty to plant and throw powerful hooks whilst being comfortable to spend long periods of time on my balls is a game changer. Dont pigeon hole yourselves. If you are lacking in something slowly and surely strengthen it. Being complete is always more adventageous than relying on gimics.
Thanks for keeping it real. Now I know what to expect.
What if you are 6'10" ?
No.
this is true with the side stepping you know they tired when they stop trying step in
Yo thanks g, i won my first armatures match and these are all my combos Jab, cross, uppercut, cross. Earned a fcking sub!!

what about when you havent had a fight for a long time and your afraid how youll perform as ive never lost how do i deal with this with no sparring partners
I always prefer bodyweight training ,roadwork for strenght and conditioning also doing it on the streets . It strenghten both your body and mind .
when i started boxing i used to be 5’6/5’7. Now being 6’4 im trying to adjust. Good video.
lil bro if you growed so high it means you started being young. it means that you were the tallest in your group anyway. bro really wanted to flex his height
This is actually very helpful 🙂
Tyson never defeated a highly rated boxer in his prime. So he's not in the top 20 pound for pound. Manni Pacquiao and Rocky Marciano would be ahead of Tyson.
Thank you, that was really helpful. Especially breaking it down into segments of types of endurance 👌 There's a lot of parallel thoughts that you need in a live concert, too.
This was helpful. The practice of circling and keeping distance is something I need to work on.
Thanks for this video. I’m planning to fight a couple of mall elf’s to free my short friend from their shady employment practices. This video will come in handy.
Lol this dudes a clown. Dudes knuckles look soft. No swelling or nothing. Most boxers have permanently swolen knuckles.
GREAT INFO BROTHER 👍
lol 61.5 made me like
Great video
100% the overuse of the touch sparring is detrimental to development
Great shit
Great video. How many ounces are those gloves?
As a 6"9 guy, that helps alot mf
Thank you big dawg, great video.
Tonnes of value 👊
awesome techniques. a beginner boxer here with lots of jujitsu and Filipino martial art background. this make sense and compliment each arts.
I am average height. I have an American wrestling background. Control the distance. Get in, get off, and get out. Hands up at all times. Move your god damned feet. As a 5'9 165lb dude punching a 6'5 200lb dude in his solar plexus is a game changer. Big dudes aren't used to getting hit hard. Get in close, throw your stuff and move out of their range, all in one motion. Also uppercuts are REALLY effective against taller people. Right on the chin.
What is the reason some people's vison is affected just before the fight, its like looking through a toilet paper roll?lol
good vid
Thank you for this vid. I have had trouble against pressure fighters, specifically body punchers who are heavier. It's a subconscious fear of getting injured.
I used to always be up by 7-8 am and I’d do my calisthenics then something to exercise my mind. Over the past year I’ve been sleeping till 10-11 and have been so mentally burnt out. Trying to figure out work or school. I’m making myself get up early again and do my push-up routine. Sorry for all the comments. You inspire me a lot!
Mayweather and Tyson will never belong in the same category. 2 different people in different times and different cultures. Yes culture. Floyd grew up in a warm home filled with love. Only thing they have in common is they both were active in the same sport. That’s about it.
so the thing abt all the conditioning is i could go all out and do great but the next day im to sore to put my all in like the previous day what do i do ? workout anyway and only do what im able to? rest for a day? idk
lameeeeeeee video
Two of my favorites! I’m trying to get back into calisthenics because I took a month off due to burnout. Just doing push-ups and some abs. Do you prefer a rep goal or EMOM target?
Tutorial too long.bald guy thinks hes smart hes just yapping thinking he a world class coach but bro is lonely inside 😂
Tf you talking bout?
🤡
I like your focus on defense. Like the late Roger Mayweather said, “if you don’t got defense, you don’t got shi*t.”
He needs to stay lean so you need to always be in a deficit. He also eats chicken and pasta for dinner a few times per week.
Thank you so, so much for what you said about weights. You're one of the few on this platform who don't encourage weightlifting and reference the old school calisthenics. The old school legends stuck to calisthenics and other exercises like chopping trees. In Frazier's book, he said that the only strength training he did was pushups and sit-ups...and he was a hard puncher with the most devastating left hook. If you do it right(he emphasizes the full range of motion, not the half-pushups that people usually do), that's all you need(basic calisthenics). The legends did endurance training that exercised their skills: heavy bag, speed bag, roadwork, jump rope, shadowboxing, sparring etc., no weights. Weights bunch up the muscle and they do not exercise the endurance that a boxer needs.
Man... I thought u were just gonna be another guy spitting their own personal way of boxing/training but you legit have great ways for training. I was doing 4, 3 min rounds just going ham but if I do, 1 punch for 3 seconds for the first 3 min round then build up & build up.
Then bro wonders why he’s so f up in the head
4:01 bro casually said that mike Tyson was a master baiter
I paused video knowing someone would have caught this. Thank you
I started at 15 and I took a 2 year break now I'm 17 and taking it more serious am I late?
Bald loma?
thanks man! i got a brother a year older than me he’s 5’10 and i’m 6’2 but he boxes and is STRONGER, but next time he won’t stand a chance😅
Can this be beneficial for other physical sports? Surely right? Just a novice wanting to know more , that's all
I have a fight coming later tonight, kickboxing rules, just found this video, thank you very much brother for making such a video, it's pure gold, watched it 3 times in a row so i can fully absorb everything you said, now i feel much better !!!
