It's so good to see a Hayabusa being punted properly on a race track rather than blasted down an airfield, cheers. Great pressie. I apologise to any airfields that may be offended.
Bonjour Mr Sylvain Guintoli.
I’ve been waiting for this video for weeks now 😬. I was at Donington on this day and had the pleasure of being passed by the Busa. A great day, and a moment I will never forget. Thank you 👌✊
Thank you Silvain! It is a pleasure watching you riding the beast. I had one in my early days. At California Superbike School the Australian instructor told me, "mate this is too much for the course, be careful" Bridgestone S16 those days. I don't recall how many bikes I bought since then, Busa is the one I always remember.
Do it now, because soon, all powerful motorcycles are effectively going to be banned in U.K. due to the weight of regulations which are not economically viable. 125cc bikes might be ok, but nothing faster will survive.
Magnifique Sylvain ton hayabusa Yoshimura!! 😀
I've tried Gen 2 Busa on track and I loved it. It's just different, and it's fun when you really need to manhandle that thing and put some extra effort into it.
Yeah….I always remembered the gen1 and 2 as being quite low and not too huge…walked into my local dealer a few months back….felt more like something Robocop would ride….I wasn’t too hooked on the looks until I saw it in the flesh ….she’s a stunner. Also it’s not as heavy as it looks….I’m only 5’7” 70kg and was able to shift it with my measly body weight quite easily. Still fancy a Gen2 though lol
Great video Sylvain! You could have explained the difference in terms of control, physical effort and riding style compared to a GSXR1000, the bike that You have at home. Also, if you feel the extra torque that the extra cc gives the rider, or does the extra weight cancels out that advantage.. It is really a shame that after so much success Suzuki Motor Co. has decided to turn his back to racing, and cancelling both the MotoGP and the World Endurance project :(( As a Suzuki owner, I love the brand, and I will miss the most beautiful GP bike from the grid next year..
I have a gen 3 busa and had a k8 1000 before and have taken the new gsr1000 round donnington. Imo the new gscr1000 wud gap the busa. Far more nimble on a track. The busa is a great bike on the road tho and the torque always puts a smile on my face n for me I made the change as the busa is better for 2up riding. If u wanna be fast on track tho go gsxr1000
Excellent video I have an important question to ask, I haven't found anything on the web! Why is the rear mudguard or rock guard not fitted on most motorcycles? It's not important?
I was really struggling to look at those factory mufflers, but then I saw the number plate! It's as big as a billboard, it's horrendous! Is that a U.K. mandated speed limiting device? 🤣
Hello Sylvain. I hope you're doing great mate. I was wondering if you could make a video talking about body position? I'm sure like me there are a lot of riders who would love to hear your thoughts on dragging knee and or elbow and why these movements are necessary and also when they are necessary. Thank you. Always appreciate your videos mate.
Tu les as meulés ?
Would be cool if there was a stock 24 hours of Brands Hatch. Only one stipulation, you have to buy a stock bike from the dealership, break it in at the track, only minor modifications. Tires, exhaust and a rear shock or shocks. Remove the street paraphernalia.
It's so good to see a Hayabusa being punted properly on a race track rather than blasted down an airfield, cheers. Great pressie.
I apologise to any airfields that may be offended.
😊
It does look absolutely beautiful cranked over by a pilot who really knows how to hustle this big machine around.

Hayabusa and track race by the top rider.
A rare and interesting case
imagine you're on a purpose built track bike, and then a big chonking Hayabusa with mirrors and number plate passes you on the inside. XDD
Sylvain showing how it's done ! Note to self, if I see this liveried Hayabusa with a matching rider....treat with respect and let it go.......
Good idea…avoids a trip to the hospital
To be fair, I don’t think you’d have a choice, he would be around us before we even had a chance to check.
@@dancarlos1216yeah. When I do break free track days and the A guys pass me it’s always a very Ricky Bobby “are those the other cars?!?” Moment.
What a f****** Legend he is riding Hayabusa at extreme pace

Beautiful livery.
Great mr Guintoli. You rock at World Endurance AND at MotoGP.
Suzuki please keep those projects on!
OMG ❤❤❤

Top looking and top all-round bike - Suzuki's best bike
i csnnot wait to own my first hayabusa, so excited
Do it now, because soon, all powerful motorcycles are effectively going to be banned in U.K. due to the weight of regulations which are not economically viable.
125cc bikes might be ok, but nothing faster will survive.
Aha! So that is how it's done! ;)
I'm just loving it. It looks so easy when you do it.
Just got my gen 1 on some mountain curvy roads. Had a blast. She enters the turns like a torpedo.
Respect Sylvain let's hope Suzuki do make one for us mortals, should have put Yoshis on it though
I bet u pulled some funny shapes out there !! Great job
A great machine!
Deserving of a great rider!
Great video mate! Thank you so much for letting me play!! 💪🏼💪🏼
Amazing to see a first class rider showcasing a Busa!
😉 great Job!👍 Merci Sylvain! ✌💯
The mighty Hayabusa, on track, with the great Sylvain...absolutely FANTASTIC !!
And who said, 'pigs cannot fly'?? LOL
@@jeffestrada6857 Your comprehension skills are severely lacking friend...obviously. Do better.
They're supposed to be coming out with a model just like that Gp busa
That thing is gorgeous
Trop fort Sylvain 👍🏻💪🏻
Topissime Sylvain tu assure ✌✌
Awesome
Love this bike. So cool. 👍🏾
Wow...

Love that torque powering out of the corners!
Fantastic,Sylvain! I hope you will get a good new job next year!
Love your channel and the bike 👌
I've tried Gen 2 Busa on track and I loved it. It's just different, and it's fun when you really need to manhandle that thing and put some extra effort into it.
Love the Z leg Suzuki. Great bike.
stock set still very fast on track, nice
Great Little Rocket

Last sentence is what hits me hard as well! I love my Suzuki GSF650SA and will miss the GSX-R on the grid of Motogp!
Doubtless there would be considerable difference, but I also would like to have learnt his opinion.

What a gem! Please send a set of fairings with that livery for my 02 Busa. Many thanks!
Your English accent is really coming along. You say "Le Mans" like a proper Englishman 😁. Oh, and good vid!!

Great video. Yoshimura need to give you an exhaust system for it, then get anothet PCR remap 😁
Sounds like a good plan😀
Think I’m gonna go get some of those S22’s. Wow.

Are the flashing indicators under braking to alert other traffic: "Beware! Madman riding this bike!"

Imagine how fast the bike would have been without those large metal cans on the sides.
1st Gen Busa, for me, please.
You can always throw on a single sided Akrapovic full system and save 15kg. Like I did!

I wonder if the Busa has a tuned or stock ECU.
You're great rider Sylvain. Keep the momentum going! Btw, what's the name of the 1st soundtrack?
Tu as l’ABS actif sur le circuit ?
The camera guy is on a K5 Gixxer.
Hahahahaha! No not quite. I was on a 2020 BMW S1000RR
Belle machine
Bet those cans were gone 10 minutes after this production! 😃
I wonder what the lap time is compared to a 1000 with s22s? Also it would be cool to have an open capacity class.
Do a Google search for Rad Greaves.
Showed them how it’s done Sylvain👌🏽…
Lol that is wild!!!
yoshimura fairing but why dont have yoshimura exhaust?

The three best things to come out of France imho are .........The endurance world championship, Furygan gloves and leathers and Sylvain Guintoli.
What about "That" exhaust tho?
