Thank you for talking about living 100+ years. This makes me proud of my Ethiopian side. Most of my friends who are also African tell me they have relatives who passed away at 100, 105, 115, etc. One of my great grandmothers passed away at 100, and was driving until 92 with ease. I'm living proof that he is correct. When I was young I followed all the mainstream nutritional advice. Low fat. High complex carbs. Traing constantly. At 43 had a heart attack while riding a triathlon. After tons of research for 20 years I found that sugar was my lynch pin. My lipids were always very low but my a1c was a little high. Once I recognized that sugar was an issueI avoided carbs and never had another issue. I'm in the cardiology field and only a small percentage of heart patients have high lipids. However they all have elevated A1c.

hey great information, I'm a NZ organic beef farmer, grass only and home kill many beef every year. the yellow fat is far more to do with the breed of cow, the most yellow is a Jersey cow and some other breeds will have all white fat even on a 100 percent grass diet.

I really hope your little passive aggressive quips are able to carry you through the metabolic nightmare that is coming to you if you refuse to listen to the truth being presented here. I have a (supposedly) incurable, genetic connective tissue disorder which had me nearly bedbound at one point. Almost two years later, the more carnivore I go, the less my pain and better my nutrient absorption. Fat, weak, diabetic people (including doctors) who keep watching me improve while trying to tell me that my diet is “dangerous” are tragically hilarious.

    • @dountoothers

Come on, person, I'm 55 years old and I've been vegan for 14 years and vegetarian 20 years or so before that. Thankfully I'm in excellent health. I have friends who've been vegan 30 or 40 years. I know one guy, Mike Fremont (look him up) who's been vegan since he was in his early 60's -- he's 101 and still runs. That's all anecdotal, I know. But I think by if the "metabolic nightmare" was looming, it would have struck us by now. The peer reviewed epidemiology, RCT's, mendelian and twin studies all show that most animal products are atherogenic. Your lifestyle increases all cause mortality risk by a significant margin, period, full stop. Of course it's accurate to characterize it as dangerous -- and is a menace to the animals and the environment. So deny it all you want. It gives me no pleasure to say, it's probably going to get you too -- and it has definitely cut short the life of someone you care about. Hopefully you'll wise up one day and choose a whole food, plant based diet, eating lots of different fruits and vegetables, especially greens, and while minimizing salt, oil and sugar -- before it's too late. Happy New Year. @@t1mpani

I never felt so good until I cut out all Palmer and fruits .. I do miss the fruit out of all the old stuff I use to eat . It just feels so much better not eating the greens and fruit that's why I don't . If you have never experienced what the body and mind feel like on the carnivore then you really can't comment on the difference.. most all carnivore people have don't the vegetarian diet . To really get a pump on pure carnivore without adding carbs, you need to train in pyramids bc it’s seemingly impossible to fully exhaust the muscles for long. I have to superset 3 compound movements across upper & lower body with no rest in between for sets of 5, 8, 10, 12, 15, 20 and then back down. That’s every day. I finish with a short set of intense sprints for what feels like a full body pump. Still, it’s not the same as with carbs. It’s just an ego thing. Why do we want to be so “big”? After 5 years of this, I learned to embrace the long lean aesthetic. It’s a long arc of becoming healthy to then getting stronger. There’s no race when you realize you’re just a machine that realizes fully upcycled perfect nutrition. You’re the end destination for all that energy converted through the food chain. What a privilege. Be at peace with where you’re at in the process rather than where you’d prefer to be. Carbs puff you up in the head, too.
Great video. His perspectives don’t take that long to develop once you just let go and let the meat do its job.

Thank you so much for doing this video. The dedication & conviction of the doctor is amazing! I checked out his page & posted a comment- he replied!😳 He has me pumped for dumping the small amount of carbs I had added into my meal plan- so starting tomorrow- it’s only meat, eggs & butter for me! Going to live my best life. 54 years old- you’re never too old to put yourself as a priority!🙌🏼

@@melie-od6dn I was doing horrible the last couple of weeks. I was dehydrated, down to 121 pounds & seeing no improvement at all. Every day I 2nd guessed my decision but I posted my update on another one of his videos & he told me to up my fat. So I did the last few days -I added sausage in with my beef & made patties. I I also added some Junp electrolyte drink to my water 3 times a day for the dehydrated & I just feel sooooo much better. Meat, eggs, butter & water is not for me. I need more to live. People was telling me that I looked sick because I did. So I’m back on the journey to heal my skin. Learning as I go just happens to be part of it I guess! Thanks for asking. ☺️

You won't gain any muscle weight if you aren't working your muscles to failure throughout the week. This is why distance runners look so much different than sprinters, and distance runners will consume nearly twice the amount of calories per day.
