Awesome. Exactly what I needed. I used have the inside hand reverse mastered when I was a kid. It was so impossible to block I almost felt I was cheating when I did it..

Hey Coach First of all love the content, you've helped me improve so much as a player. Second, I live in Australia and play under 17 basketball in the local league. I am thirteen, so I should play under but my friends are about 6 months older than me, making them 14, meaning I have to play up. Anyway our centre is about 5"10 with our backup being about 5"7 (I'm 5"7 as well, but i run point) but most team we play against have 6"4 plus centres and all of them run zone. We have had a lot of trouble scoring this year and normally end up losing by more than 60. Other than improving our outside shooting (I'm the only one who can consistently hit threes) is there anything else we can do as a team to beat the zone. We have also had trouble against teams that run their offense through the post, so is their anything we can do their. Thanks Coach, keep up all the good work

Had the chance to play a couple of games recently and I have literally lost it. I feel like I am already washed and my good years are behind me, but I am only 23 years old... I have lost the ability to finish, especially with a defender. I feel uncomfortable now once a defender is on the lane every time I drive. I was once a very decent player, but now I couldn't hit these shots to save my life. Hopefully, these videos help. I am honestly embarrassed that I am watching this very basic video. I used to do those finishes with ease, now I am a shell of my former self. Also gained a ton of weight. Thanks for the vids, need to get my confidence back.

Great video again, thanks. You don't need the background music to get attention. I think all people who watch your videos already love the game and want to improve their skills. The background music interferes with that process.

Can anyone help me with this. When I shoot I get good balance with my body but i use my guide hand to help generate power accidentally. I want to try and get rid of it but its hard to. Also Should I put my hand on top, in the middle or underneath the basketball before I shoot.
