Everyone always suggests going straight hopoo feathers, but even a _single_ rusted jetpack amplifies every other feather by so much. Feather -> jetpack -> feathers, and you'll go MILES further
Funny thing: I did this with the glass artifact. Right at the end I died in one hit to an ancient wisp, but gained enough xp to level up to 10 after death and unlocked the achievement since I only took damage ONCE
Taking sacrifice was just a flex imo. Also taking cognation as another artifact will increase exp as the ghosts spawned do drop exp on death. (They're technically elites with a timer to despawn, hence why they drop money) It's possible to get level 10 with just the tp event & a mountain shrine if you're lucky enough to get Lemurians.
Oh, you can also mention sand crabs here. I did this via killing sand crabs since they're pretty slow and they only take 2 hits from primary to kill. I coulda also tried getting blazing victory but sadly one crab snuck up on me while selecting items and hit me with the wombo combo. (I think of miner as the worst survivor in rorr but I did this sidequest just for the shattering justice, it was hopefully worthwhile.)
Hermit scarves feel like they're help on paper. Chance to not take damage translates to more leeway on getting the achievement. Or I'm wrong and it makes it possible to fail with out knowing.
If it blocks you won't fail but IMO I would rather take items that will help me not get hit through making me fast or raising my damage, rather then a chace of not getting hit.
Alternatively you can just get wisps/golems and get a DML and camp a rope hitting q when it’s off cooldown Gasoline is good but you don’t really need any items

Rusted jetpack is so underrated.
Ohhh. I'm a moron. I thought it meant stage 10. Thank goodness
That would be insane LOL

Buzzer-beater
I got every achievement (besides judgement) but its nice to see other methods into doing achievements
